What a dreadful experience! Our arrival was not expected (despite a mail the previous day and a booking with 2 weeks in advance). The hostel was full, so the hostel manager put us in a small and humid flat outside the building that they have in case. When we woke up, the floor was full of water because of the rain during the night. The hostel manager sent us to another B&B, after charging us the full price for the first night. We discovered that at least 2 other couples experienced the same!

The hostel was a little unorganised. We didn't end up staying at the premises as the staff told us all their rooms were booked out, which was frustrating for us considering we had reserved a room with them for four nights. However, they did take us across the street to another B&B where we stayed for the four nights. It was unprofessional and we felt we were not getting what we paid for. In the end, the locations was OK, if it is pleasant beach weather it's the perfect location.

Very friendly and informative staff, Only downside is its location was not on the finest section of the poetto beach front, however it is easy to reach by foot. 4.5/5 .

We had a great time! The owner and manager were in and out and very helpful. There was a small place to cook so we didn't have to buy every meal and a grocery nearby. The beach was in walking distance. The busstop was close. It was homey, I would definitely stay here again if I ever get to Sardinia again.

We loved the fact that we got to stay in an apartment so close to the beach! We also loved that the staff gave us a ride to the airport, that was really nice of them. We were a little concerned with the apartment though, because it didn't seem very clean. Kinda seemed like someone had been living in it and just left for the weekend so that we could stay there.... The door was also extremely hard to get open, but I'm sure that was mostly just because we didn't know how to work it.

The hostel has nice staffs, lovely house, and beautiful garden. Its location is wonderful, 1 minute to the beach, 1 minure to a supermarket, and 1 minute to a resturant. Only for city center you must take bus. The bus station is just in front of Hostel and 15 minutes to the center. The people of Cagliari are also helpful.
