Guesthouse VillaBeachCity stands at 50 meters from Poetto's Long Beach and less than 20 minutes from Cagliari's City Center with public transportation ( Bus Line PQ and/or PF). You can reach the the bus stop at approximately 30 meters from VillaBeahCity.
Moreover, at only few meters from our house there is a daily open Supermarket with delicious Sardinian food and deinks.
The surrounding neighborhood is safe and quite, and it is also very close to restaurants, cafes, discotheques, night shops,pharmacy and achildren playground.
VillaBeachCity is the place where to relax in its comfortable rooms and its exotic refreshing garden.
The house has a big and spacious lovely garden where to enjoy the natural surroundings and having a meal on the various spaces made available for our guests. Around the neighborhood you will find many different services and facilities, such as:

Our 2 rooms have both PRIVATE BATHROOM. One room with private bathroom inside, and the other room with private bathroom outside its door.
The Cancellation policy: 15 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 14:00 to 00:00 .
Check out before 11:00.
Payment upon arrival by cash.
Taxes not included. (First, second, and fourth quarters: €2.00 per person per night. Third quarter: €3.00 per person per night)
Breakfast NOT included, but there is the possibility of enjoying your own meals inside the house on the different eating areas in the garden.
