Overall the room was okay, the only main problem was the shower, the hot water just trickled out. Considering the cost of the room, I expected this to be better

We liked the quiet and privacy. Good food-preparation fascilities. Nice neighbourhood. Arrival information aught to include a hint on how to buy a 24- or 48-hour trensportation pass or a museum pass for Venice at once when arriving in front of the railroad station in Venice from the airport. Got there at night in the rain and found it very easily. Thought we would have a single room for four people but ended up with our own private apartment. Brilliant!! Staff were very helpful and the place was immaculate. Great cooking facilities and all very clean.

It is located in a good location, 10mins from the train station by foot and 30mins by foot to San Marco. Really clean place too. Pity that breakfast is not included in the cost paid and that wifi is not available in the room.

Perfect hostel ever! It was so surprised when we three people received a small apartment with 2 bedrooms ( 1 king bed and 1 single bed). It is very beautiful. I live the design and atmosphere. It is cozy like home. It has enough facilities ( own kitchen with full stuffs, washing machine, TV, hair dryers,...) and is very clean. The location is also convenient. Staff is helpful. They are the best! Just love it!

This was an absolutely ideal place to stay! The room itself was superb and an incredible value, completely clean and charming. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and very happy to see us. Plus the location is perfect -- a minute from one of the ferry stops, tucked away into a really charming non-tourist neighbourhood but still only 5-10 minutes from sites and restaurants. I can't believe this place exists to tell you the truth -- a wonderful stay all around!!!

We had a wonderful stay, and the place was very clear to vaporetto stops as well as Rialto Bridge and Piazza San Marco. The owner was very welcoming, and even helped us in planning itinerary for our stay!

Finding this place can be a challenge but once checked in and settled, you are left pretty much alone. We even had our own private entrance. Situated right off the St. Stae vaporetto stop, we were in walking distance to all the tourist attractions but still able to take advantage of being in an actual neighborhood. This meant 1 Euro coffees, a grocery store and other ways to cut costs while staying in Venice. We found the accommodations clean, charming and roomy. I would definitely return.

Our stay way great! The rooms were clean and the staff was very helpful and generous. Our only complaint was the WiFi because it was difficult to access and stay conneceted. Otherwise, our stay was perfect and we appreciate the time we spent there.

Great b&b! We were very happy with our stay here. The room was clean and tidy. It also had a kitcheneeette that had coffee/tea facilities and biscuits. The bathroom was modern, clean and spacious. The only downside is the fee for wifi. We went without as i had access to internet on my mobile. The owner was fantastic. He drew a couple of walks onto a map for site-seeing and was very accommodating when we needed to stay an extra night. We will definitely be back!

The bed and breakfast is located in a very hidden street, but it's actually very easy to locate. Whatever you do, follow the instructions/map! The owner is very helpful with everything, and friendly too. I liked his Italian accent LOL! Anyway, the bedroom is quite large, with built-in kitchen!! That was definitely a bonus! Shower's great, toilets too! We also get free coffee and tea and biscuits and juices! Awesome place!

Fabulous hostel. Wonderful hosts and great value for money. The location is in the heart of the city, only 15 minutes walk to San Marco. Highly recommended.
