I stayed there with my girlfriend for two days and it was fantastic. The man who received us was very kind and explained us everything about Venice and even did a plan for the two days that we were there, pointing out the most important places that we should visit. The room was excellent, with everything you will need. My room even had internet for the price of 3€ more. Fridge, heating and a table are also present. Overall it was very good.
It's not a bad&breakfast is abadWITHOUTbreakfast- there's no option,as written here,to buy a breakfast. We got only some crackers and packed cookies as ''welcome"snack and there was tee and coffee- the cheapest one from the nearby shop- to prepare it by ourselves.Despite the high prices you Have to pay extra for the wifi.you see the owner only as u come and leave. He gives some advice concearning moving through the island-useful, tkanks for that!. There's no such room as kitchen or leaving room
Exceeded our expectations - better than it sounded from others' reviews. We had a 3-bed room and it was a comfortable size, clean and with all basics. Very Disappointing that wifi only worked in foyer and cost 5 euro - they could easily buy a booster and make it available in rooms. Shower awkward - sprays straight out shower door - but otherwise fine. Location fairly quiet but central enough. Staff lovely - relaxed and helpful with tourist tips. Would recommend to others.
Great apartment feel- have your own entrance off the street. Updated bathroom. Only two issues- mosquitoes kept coming from somewhere no matter how many we killed. And the owner was difficult to get in touch with sometimes. Have to call him initially to set up a check in time and when you don't have a cell phone it makes it difficult. Had to go through the hassle of buying Skype credit and finding a place with wifi.
Nice room, very spacious, it has everything u need including a clean bathroom. Only unusual thing is that we never met any of the staff, neither to receive the key, nor to pay.
Great flat outside all the hubbub of San Marco. Rialto is about a twenty minute walk if you don't get too turned around walking through the streets but a map with recommendations was provided. Having to call to check in was a bit of a bummer and we never met the owner just talked over the phone. It's not an actual B&B either, crackers and two juice boxes were provided along with instant coffee and tea. Microwave and refrigerator in the room. Overall pretty decent place to stay in Venice for the$
If this place is on your budget range, read no longer, just book it! I had a big, very clean, nicely-decorated ensuite double room (room C) with a "kitchen corner". I never met the host, but he's someone clearly attentive to detail and everything we needed, and more, were provided, like wifi password (free and on the room), Venice map marked with suggestions, plug adapters, a pair of wine glasses, floor clothes hanger and hairdryer. Location is on a calm street far from touristy areas.
