In the cultural and historic center of Venice, Viva Venezia is conveniently located only a five-minute walk from the main train station, Ferrovia Santa Lucia. Viva Venezia is very easy to find and has beautiful spacious rooms, kitchen and laundry facilities, and free internet and wifi. A continental breakfast is included.
Viva Venezia is also close to a local vaporetto stop if you want to take a scenic trip by boat up the Grand Canal. Nearby is also one of the most beautiful and vibrant piazzas in Italy, the square that surrounds the Church of San Giacomo dell'Orio. Also less than two minutes away are a large grocery store and some of the best places to eat and drink in Venice.

When you arrive, the Viva Venezia staff will give you a free map and information about the main cultural and historic sights to see in Venice.
Payment is requested in cash at the time of arrival.
Please note that in addition to the price stated here for a room, guests are required to pay the Venice City Tax of 3.00 euro per person per night.

The location is very central. The rooms are clean and beds comfortable. Nice big towels. The kitchen is clean and the washing machine is a bonus. Good value. I’d stay here again.

VivaVenezia is a great place with all the essentials—kitchen, bathroom, and full services. The bed has springs, so keep that in mind if you have back issues. I felt at home, and the small breakfast (tea, coffee, and pastries) was a nice touch. The only challenge was finding the entrance, as the door is marked with a small card. Once inside, it’s cozy and welcoming—perfect for a stay in Venice!

I loved this place to stay. Lovely host who was really kind, hospitable and communicative. Location was amazing, handy to the train station and within walking distance to the island centre, very quiet. The kitchen was great. The hostel was small so I met the other residents in the kitchen, it felt like a community immediately. The bedroom was luxurious and comfortable. I love the decor.
