It's really nice of you to serve breakfast sice it's a hostel but it was not eatable since it was only sugar in it. Wouldn't recommend this place. The sheets were dirty and ripped. There were mice in the rooms and the toilets did not work properly. Not a great place to stay. Wouldn't recommend this place. The two girls at reception were not very helpful at all however the guy at reception and Geoff the tour guide were awesome! My hostel room was not fun at all as i was staying in a room with 2 girls who were not travelling (they had been lviing there for 2 1/2 months). Felt like i was intruding on their space.. This hostel has a perfect location for the price, a 20 minute walk into the centre to all the attractions. The hostel seemed clean and safe although the rooms were a little small with a lot of beds squeezed in, this wasnt a problem though. There is a kitchen and bathroom in the room which were clean. The breakfast is good and the free tea and coffee. Would recommend this hostel to people and definitely stay there again which we are hoping to!!! The night person on duty refused to acknowledge our 10% hostelworld deposit at check in, claiming it was a Hostelworld fee and nothing to do with the hostel, and hence overcharged us 10%. But we were refunded the 10% by the daytime staff. Ihad a great time there!!! They are a excellent location, near from subway station and hollywood blockbusters (walk of fame and kodak theatre). I'd be there again!!!!Ihad a great time there!!! Located about a 20 min walk from main area of hollywood blvd. Close to metro. Hostel laid out as a motel, im my 8 bed mixed dorm we had a kitchen w/fridge/sink and a bathroom and TV. Security terrible at this hostel, anyone could gain access from the street and during my 3 day stay there I only found my room door locked once!!Staff were ok, hostel well set up for fun but never seemed to be much going on.
