Such a good hostel to stay in. Good location, helpful and friendly staff and great atmosphere. Banana bungalow was really good at organising tours for both sightseeing and nighttime partying. If you're looking for a hostel that has a great party atmosphere then stay at Banana Bungalow. They also organised basketball tickets for us when we stayed there. If I ever went back to LA I would stay at Banana Bungalow, for sure. Highly recommended!

Banana bungalow is a well run fun hostel which smartly caters to the needs of visitors to LA it's in a safe and interesting part of town and is handy to public transport of you don't have a car. It's cheap to stay there but they don't skimp on the cleaning or security which is what counts anyway. It's on a cool street with a few bars, galleries and one of the coolest cinemas in LA. They organize a lot of events many of which are free which helps if your on a budget. The club tours are great.
