We loved barefoot - the long trip on the Yasawa Flyer was worth it! Eating meals with our guests is a fantastic way to create a social atmosphere and we enjoyed the balance between private time throughout the day and social times at lunch and dinner. The kayaks were fantastic and we loved discovering the island by foot and kayak. However, we didn't need the "itinerary" of activities which we were repetitively reminded of at every meal time. We didn't want to think about what time it was...

Great resort, with extremely friendly staff in a perfect location. Don't miss this place if you like snorkelling but it provides so much more - dinners in the evening virtually on the beach, watching both sunrises and sunsets (thanks to island's unique shape), wonderful manta rays, beachfront bures, ... We spent only two days there but I'd love to stay longer! Meals and level of comfort is a bit lower compared to other two resorts we've been to but you don't go to Fiji because of meal, do you?
