Beach Bar & Aughris House is located off the N59 Sligo to Ballina road, set on Aughris Beach. A 300-year-old thatched bar with lots of history, character and atmosphere sit next to Aughris House, a newly built bed and breakfast providing 6 well-appointed en-suite bedrooms including a family room capable of sleeping 6 people, equipped with TV, hairdryer, tea/coffee making facilities and Wi-Fi.

Beach Bar & Aughris House caters for an eclectic mix of visitors all year round - little has changed since the 17th century. There is something to suit everyone, with good food, regular music sessions, draught Guinness and a beer garden with a view being the obvious attractions. Your hosts Darren and Roisin McDermott, award-winning chefs, take pride in the wide selection of cooked meals on offer, which are available daily in summer time and Saturday and Sunday off season. A complimentary breakfast is included in the rates.

Beach Bar & Aughris House is a great spot for fishing, surfing, beach angling and swimming. Alternatively, explore the many attractions that Co. Sligo and nearby Co. Mayo have to offer, including boat trips to Inishmurray Island and surrounding landmarks, seaweed baths and beaches of Enniscrone, Culkins Emigration Centre, Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetery or the Ballina Salmon Festival.
