The Beachouse is a wonderful place to stay while in Cozumel. The rooms are adaquet and family which run the house are great. Tina, Adolfo, and Christopher are a pleasure to be around. All very friendly and helpful.

This place is a gem! Tina and Aldolfo sure know the true meaning of hospitality. This is a beautiful beach house, 2 minutes a way from a quiet beach, my bedroom was huge complete with it's own bathroom (nice shower) and walk in closet. It was really really clean. Great outdoor area. It was my first time diving and I would of never gone in the water if it werent for Adolfo, the best dive master on the island. Dont waste your time anywhere else.

Wow, where to start? I have traveled all over the world and this is by far the best hostel I have ever stayed in. The personal attention and love that the owners put into Beachouse Hostel made all the difference. The location is amazing and the value in terms of room size and quality of facility is unbeatable. I will definitely be back!

Really nice people running the hostel!! Adolfo is really cool, we miss him already. The house is just minutes away from a nice beach but far from the town. Depends on what you are looking for. If you want to party, this isn't the place to stay at. We walked everyday to town and it was perfect for us! And it's more a hotel standard than a hostel, really nice!! Would recommend it to anyone I meet.

The hostel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were excellently furnished, unfortunately and surprisingly considering the quality of everything else the sheets were of very poor quality, ballsy and uncomfortable. The location of the hostel while it is beside the beach is not at all convenient without motor transport as it is 5km from town and a taxi cost 100 pesos each way every time. There is a kitchen for cooking but no shop nearby.

The hostel is great, very welcoming, and the staff owns the place, so they are very friendly. You need to rent a scooter (20 dollars a day) or spend a lot of money on taxis, because it is far from downtown (5km) and there are no buses in Cozumel, at all. We hitch hiked to and from downtown and it worked. For scuba divers, we preferred to dive with a proper dive shop from downtown, for the same price.

We were pleasantly surprised with the beach house hostel. Very clean, private, and secure. We were instantly welcomed in and felt right at home. Tina help us out with everything and was a wealth of knowledge about cozemel and other locations in Mexico. We also had the ease of having Adolfo as a dove master and being able to dive when ever we liked.they also became good friends. We highly recmmened this hostel!

The owners are very nice people and they make their guests feel like family. They do have two (very affectionate) dogs. This place is not only a great bargain, but an opportunity to make new friends, human and canine.

It was a great place to stay. I would put it easily above a hostel in terms of roomy-ness, but still with the advantages of a hostel (meeting new people, etc).

The Beach House is way above the average hostel. Tina and Adolfo were extremely accommodating. From the moment we arrived, they welcomed us into their home and organized many things for us. We wanted to rent a car for the day, and Tina went ahead and did that for us. We were very impressed with the fact that they listening to all our requests. Our last day Adolfo took us out diving and we had an amazing time. The only thing we wished for was that we had more time. We will be back!

This guest house is a great place to stay in Cozumel in a quiet environnement just a few steps from the beach. The house is big, decorated with taste, room and bathroom are just perfect. The common area kitchen, living room, dining table outside, the pool are great, a perfect opportunity to chat with the few other guests. Tina and Adolfo are great host, really helpful and concerned with any thing you'd need. They gave me great advices for cheap plans !

Owners are amazing. Adolfo took us for a really worthy diving experience in Cozumel reef) It is a guest house, not a hostel. Nice Swimming pool ! quiet since a bit remote from downtown cozumel it goes far beyond the quality we would expect for a hostel. It’s definitely more an hotel standard for an hostel price. Con: no breakfast included.
