Welcome to Casa Samay!

Casa Samay is a cozy, small hostel with 6 bedrooms: 3 private rooms (each for up to 2 people), 2 shared dorms—one for girls (with 2 single beds and 1 bunk bed) and one mixed dorm (with 2 bunk beds) an a private studio with private bathroom/kitchen and A/C. Inside the main house we have 2 shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, you'll find a charming front patio and a spacious outdoor living area. Casa Samay is perfect if you want to connect with fellow travelers from around the globe while enjoying a peaceful and uncrowded setting.

We’re conveniently located just a block and a half from the municipal market and 9 blocks from the ferry. Nearby, you'll find a 24-hour pharmacy (with snacks and sodas), money exchange, a bakery, an ice cream shop, and popular local eateries like Chilangos Taqueria, Los Sera's, Kooben Laab, and Los Moros del Morrito.

Private Rooms:
- Standard Rooms: Double bed, linnens and towels, fans, shred badroom and use of all amenities.
- Studio: For extra comfort, this studio comes with air conditioning, a private bathroom, and a private kitchenette.

Dorms: The shared dorms come with lockers for your valuables, A/C at night, single beds.

Common Areas: Enjoy free high-speed WiFi throughout the house. Our vintage-style rooms are adorned with wood accents and colorful touches, lovingly decorated by the owners. We also have bikes and snorkel equipment available for rent.

Casa Samay Cozumel Terms & Conditions

- Cancellation Policy: Please cancel at least 2 days before your arrival. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of your stay.

- Check-In: From 15:00 to 20:00.
- Check-Out: By 10:00. If you need to explore the island after check-out, we have lockers available for your bags.

- Payment: Cash only upon arrival.

- Taxes: Not included - VAT: 16% + local tax: 5%.
- Breakfast: Not included.

- Reception: We don't have a traditional reception. The entrance is self-service with a key box.

- Arrival Instructions: We’ll send you arrival instructions, including a map and pictures, to the email address you provided **a few days before your check-in**. Please check your email (including your spam folder) to ensure you receive this information.
