The hostel is very comfortable! The bathrooms are wide and clean. Moreover, helpful and friendly staffs. We'll come back in the next time.

I don't really like the hostel using carpet tiles as a place to dry our feet after taking showers because it won't absorb water. And the toilet used wrong tiles as the tiles are very, very slippery when wet. Other than that I'm pretty much happy with it. The bed is super comfy! Hairdryer and iron are provided! Very thoughtful! And the staff are very nice and helpful!

Great location if you really want to experience Chinatown - beds were comfertable and staff were helpful. Rooms were air conditioned and clean. Free use of computers/Internet and cheap drinks available- would def return here!

Room had a really bad smell and the air con was too cold.....and there wasn't much social space (basically the foyer and living room was also the place to eat). Not a great atmosphere for meeting people but better value than some other hostels in Singapore, good recycling & good mini-kitchen area.

Hostel was very easy to find and very easy to contact in terms of changes in the booking. Beary Best! is also located near the MRT, very accessible to the tourist spots in Singapore. There is also a nearby food and shopping strip near the hostel so you can always go for last minute shopping before your flight. Facilities were sufficient and we got value for money. For those not travelling light, you might have a hard time going up the stair with your luggage. Else, it was all good. :-)

Although it is written at homepage that minimum age of guests is 14 years, the house was full of children under that age. It was like kindergarden - full of teddy-bears and kids. And that was a little bit annoying. At least these children at that day didn´t clean after themshelves, boys were naked in women toilet and so on. I think, it´s still not so striktly forbidden under children under 14 years old as they tell.

I like how one of the staffs treated us, the atmosphere is like what you feel when you're at home. They help us with everything even queries like how to go to tourist spots in SG. Beary offers discounted tickets to attractions which was really helpful. The free breakfast is also good with the unlimited drinks. Free wifi is fast. Room for improvement would be the bed (i can feel the springs) and washroom (add cute drawings/paint it in a beary way. Change it and all will be perfect! Keep it up! ^^

Clean place and well located. Staff relatively friendly except for the cleaning woman which seems half crazy and was shooting madly all the time.

The hostel is in a great location in Chinatown. They provide sheets and a locker, but no towels. They also provide a free breakfast, as well as some drinks and cup noodles for a small fee.

Lovely atmosphere & very clean. Although its very crowded in the rooms. There isn't much floor space to put luggage or manoeuvre.

Great place to stay, though a little less lively than other hostels. But great value for money =)

A good hostel overall, no complaints on anything. Lacked bonus-features to make the hostel truly stand out, but nonetheless easily recommendable.

Beary Best is very close to Chinatown & a short walk from historical areas of Singapore & the CBD/River. It's quite a handy place to stay. Dorm rooms are on the smaller side but not cramped & have lockers. Staff were welcoming & helpful. The kitchen & bathroom facilities are up to scratch & security is good. It also has Wifi (free & unlimited) & some small PCs. My only gripe is that the difference in price between a 6 bed & 9 bed dorm is too large given the limited benefits of fewer beds.
