This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in. The building is stunning, it feels like staying in part of Sienna's history, not just a hotel. Our room overlooked a raised terrace garden which could be used to stage the garden scene of Romeo and Juliet! Breakfast was served in the room and we took ours out to eat in the morning sun. The staff were delightful and very helpful with information about sites, booking taxis and transport from Sienna. It was secure and ideally placed.

Perfect location and a beautiful place to stay for a low price! Would definitely return. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very nice!

I had never been to Siena and chose this place based on location to the main square. If arriving by bus, be prepared to walk uphill a little with your suitcases, but it's close enough to walk (approximately 18-10 minutes). The lobby is small, the steep staircase even smaller and the beds are uncomfortable, but in my opinion, it's worth staying here. The views and location are perfect. Not to mention you would staying in a medieval building!

This place is awesome, the receptionist was very helpful and the building along with the rest of the city has a very old mideval feel kind of like staying in a castle. I would stay here again.
