The hostel itself was great in terms of facilities, but wifi was spotty and would disconnect frequently.

Overall great stay! I loved the convenience of having the shower and bathroom available in the room, although the bathroom had a strange smell that didnt go away and the water pressure was extremely low. The bed was hard, but average by Asian hostel standards. The blankets were very warm. The staff was very helpful! I accidentally booked the wrong date and they helped me to rearrange the booking with no fees or trouble. The WiFi here is verrrry weak. Overall a great hotel, would conider again

Receptionist couldn't speak English and was quite rude, although male workers were very helpful. Dorm room is good value for money but the bed isn't very comfortable.

The hostel's location is good, close to good and cheap bars and to metro. However, the hostel's bar was rather expensive. Unfortunately, the condition of the shared room was very bad. In the bathroom there was a mildew above the wash-hand basin, it was horrible. What's more, the mirror was broken and we didn't get any toilet paper. The matresses on beds were very poor, it wasn't much better than sleeping on the floor. And it was very humid in the room all the time.

The location is convenient (though the English address on HostelWorld website is not good, you need enter into #498 [not 490] of Dongchang Road). Nice small buildings arranged around a central terrace.

The hostel has a lot of potential but it's lacking something. There is a nice outdoor area for siting and meeting other travelers but it's not optimized. The bar/cafe there seems disconnected from the hostel and it's too expensive for what it is. Staff weren't very friendly and didn't seem happy, English skills is very basic and I think it comes across as them being unpleasant, so just be patient. The shared dorms don't have soft mattress's either, it's a hard sleeper, quite uncomfortable.

Staff were quite unhelpful. It's not mentioned anywhere about the 100RMB deposit for the key card. Onky one key card was provided for my group. Internet is only available in the lobby and common areas.

Rooms were awful, they had damp everywhere and paint was falling off the walls. the rooms also smelt very dodgey, but the WiFi and the shower were decent. Wouldn't stay here again. Very expensive for very little, and had no bar to chill in.
