It was a bigg misunderstanding, mostly because of the poor english. They knew that check out is at 10, and on the last day they went out at 8.30 so when they were asked when they were planing to leave they said at 13.00 hrs. After we explained that check out is at 10 and that they can leave their things and their car all day long if they needed, but that they need to desocupate the apartment untill 10 o'clock so it can be cleaned, they got very angry and they left right away. And about the sweping in front of windows that is 100% lie, probably because they were angry and they wanted to add something bad in rewiev. All of our guests can testify that nobody was asked to desocupate the room before the check out time!
