Our guesthouse is located in Dubrovnik center, so all you need is within walking distance, and yet it's located in quiet and safe environment.
Near the house (3-5min walking) there is a shopping center, large supermarkets, ATM-s, post office, restaurants,coffee bars, discoteqe, gas station, internet club, banks, rent-a-car, bus stop.

Old city can be reached by 15-20 minutes pleasant walk ( by car or bus it takes only 3 min ), the beach 10 minutes, port 10 minutes (ferry to islands) and bus terminal 15 minutes of walking.

We offer you 2 types of ensuites ( rooms or apartment)
- ROOMS: Twin private ensuite (room with own bathroom)
- APARTMENTS: Double bed private ensuite or 3 Bed private ensuite ( apartments with own bathroom and Kitchen)

- Twin private room W with own bathroom equipped with sat TV. In front of room there is a large terrace with a garden only for guests, overlooking the sea and the islands. Exclusive use of fridge.
- Double bed private ensuite - apartment which consist of kitchen, bathroom and room. Apartment has sat TV and own terrace with sea view.
-3 Bed ensuite apartment which consist of kitchen, bathroom and room. Apartment has sat TV and own terrace with sea view.
