Nice hostel with good breakfast, good kitchen and a good terrace area! Staff were helpful... Stay slighted marred by very loud snoring in the dorm but that's hostel life...
Hostel was awesome! Really really clean and well kept. Great common areas (both indoors and outdoors on the rooftop where you can plug in you own music.) Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Stacks of toilets and showers so there's never a wait. We got wifi in the rooms which was rare for Mexico. Only restriction was hot showers only ran two hours each morning and night (but you can request for use in between.) The staff were really helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations
Super modern and clean hostel with a gorgeous roof top garden. Beds are new and comfortable. Mixed dorms face a busy road. They charge for everything including towels and left luggage. Price for beds are very high. The breakfast is in desperate need for some healthy options.
Nice rooms, enough bathrooms and good breakfast. Helpful staff. Rooftop terrace is nice aswell!
Best breakfast in town!! Very clear, the beds are very comfortable. 15 min walk to Zocola. Good velue. Will recommend to people.
absolute nothing to complain! very clean, very nice facilities (roof top bar etc.) and nobody mentioned that there is a very good market 200 metres away with juices, fruits etc.
Really enjoyed our stay at casa angel. Hot breakfast included is amazing! Staff were very helpful and the place was clean. Stay here.

Nice clean hostel with great breakfast. BBQ ok. Overall a good place to stay and fairly chilled. Not a party hostel.
Loved the morning breakfasts: fresh made salsa, beans, bread, eggs cooked to order...yum! The rooms were small but functional. I was very comfortable and the rooftop deck is a nice getaway. Great market nearby. Highly recommended.
Awesome hostel, clean, nice rooms, comfy beds. Breakfast was the best ever. Staff are super friendly. Good wifi. Everything is within walking distance. Easy to socialise and make friends
Friendly and helpful staff that speak english. Good breakfast with eggs and sausage etc.
Excellent option if you look for a nice and clean place to sleep with a very calmed atmosphere. Only one toilet for too many ppl and at night you hear everyhting like ppl coughing in other rooms but I think is a good option for the price and location it is fantastic. Staff was super helpful.
It's a nice hostel, yet simple. They have computers, internet works reasonably and there's breakfast. I had a private room and it was alright. I'd just add more hangers too the wall, since there's not much room to put stuff.
I really enjoyed my stay at Casa Angel. The location is perfect. The facility is very clean, very secure, and surprisingly very quiet. I'm 66 years old so I booked a single room. It was spare, but very comfortable. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful. A full breakfast is included in the charge. It was a very busy time of the year (around Dia de los Muertos) so there were plenty of others staying there. And I met some of the nicest people from all over the world. I highly recommend Casa

Wonderful atmosphere, helpful staff, great if small rooms. Each bed has a reading light -at least in the 3 bed dormitorio- and a clean and well equipped kitchen. Add to that a diverse crowd of travellers, a roof top terrace and you have a great stay! You can be quiet or social, this hostel offers it all. Plus it is walking distance to all the major downtown sights. I can only recommend it.
One of the best I've stayed at in years. Wonderful, clean and relatively chill hostel. Front desk staff very helpful. Crowd was not a heavy part crowd, but the best kind of fellow travelers. A little more mature, well traveled, and intellectually curious about the city that surrounded them. I had a great time with the others I met here going to Monte Alban, and grabbing lunch/dinner every day.
If you do not intend sleeping that's your hostel! If you are very lucky you will not have the problems that I had. The hostel has not structure for avoiding noisy. Walls between rooms are like paper, you can hear everything. After going to bed late I was awaken for people who arrived talking very loud at the living room about midnight...

Excellent hostel! We stayed for almost a full week back in September and were very pleased. Staff were friendly, the room and bathroom were clean, good price too. Would stay here again. Only nit: the noise from the roof carries down into the rooms and sometimes goes on pretty late. not the quietest hostel, but... Mexico likes to party.
Well run hostel with good location, wifi and breakfast. The roof top bbq was great. Helpful staff, the breakfast ladies are a laugh. Had a great stay. High five!
