Liked it a lot. Especially that it was clean and the very good breakfast.

The hostel was exceptionally clean, the people were gentle and eager to help. The people who stayed there were also friendly and easygoing. The breakfast was equivalent to a nice cosy brunch with eggs and veggies and toasts, coffees etc. The hostel is located right in the cultural centre of the city, very close to all the markets and the nice cafes and restaurants. For sure, it was one of the best hostel experiences I had.

A great hostel experience in Oaxaca. PROS: Centrally located, easy to walk to most major destinations within the city. They have a great rooftop lounge. No curfew. CONS: the rooftop lounge closes at 11pm. There are restrictions on hot water usage (only during certain hours, thought they did accommodate a group of us when we asked).

Friendly atmosphere; however, some things were not explained or were not communicated well and led to a little confusion. Would recommend to anyone traveling in the area!

Casa Angel is an amazing hostel. We stayed there for quite a few days and totally loved it. It is located within walking distance of the Zocalo and many great shops and restaurants. The Hostel staff are very nice and helpful. The Staff will book your tour/reservations for all those fun adventures in Oaxaca. The Hostel itself is in great condition, very clean and extremely fun. I especially loved the roof top terrace; BBQ sundays and free home cooked breakfast in the morning (yum!). Casa An

One of the best hostels I've stayed while in Mexico. The beds are great (comfortable and new), the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and they have an amazing rooftop. I was there for Sunday's barbecue and it's great (excellent burgers) for chilling out with other travelers. The breakfast must be highlighted - delicious home-made food!!! I'd suggest more power outlets in the bedrooms and bigger lockers (then guests could fit their backpacks and let the room organized)

Nice hostel with good breakfast, good kitchen and a good terrace area! Staff were helpful... Stay slighted marred by very loud snoring in the dorm but that's hostel life...

Hostel was awesome! Really really clean and well kept. Great common areas (both indoors and outdoors on the rooftop where you can plug in you own music.) Excellent breakfast with eggs cooked to order. Stacks of toilets and showers so there's never a wait. We got wifi in the rooms which was rare for Mexico. Only restriction was hot showers only ran two hours each morning and night (but you can request for use in between.) The staff were really helpful and friendly and gave great recommendations

Super modern and clean hostel with a gorgeous roof top garden. Beds are new and comfortable. Mixed dorms face a busy road. They charge for everything including towels and left luggage. Price for beds are very high. The breakfast is in desperate need for some healthy options.
