We had a very pleasant stay in Casa Mosaico. The staff were kind as well as patient with out limited level of Spanish. We already booked our next stay here!

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Heldren recommended great eating locations and readily offered assistance. The room was clean and comfortable and breakfast was substantial. An issue with the lack of hot water was quickly addressed. Having stayed in other accommodation in Santiago on previous visits Casa Mosaico is well worth trying. Thank you to the staff.

Nice atmosphere, lovely big common room with comfy sofas, TV and beer. Breakfast was good, included dulce de leche! Staff friendly and helpful, also multi-lingual. Internet works well in common area, not really in dorms. Only complaint was the terrible showers which are mostly ice cold with an occasional 20 second blast of hot steam! Staff aware but have apparently been waiting >1 month for it to be fixed. Could do with bathmats, floors get quite slippy. Overall good stay.

11 weeks in argentina and chile and this was the worst value of all the places I have stayed. For such an old building the price should be much lower. You can not even turn around in the shower without hitting the faucet and blasting yourself with hot water. Staff was very helpful though.
