Great hostel in the perfect location for Santiago. Close to the city centre but also in the best area for going out at night. Staff were great and the hostel had a very relaxed atmosphere in the common area. Bar and restaurant attached to the hostel serve great food and beer too!
Really enjoyed my stay here. Was travelling on my own and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The only let down was some excursions leaflets that were discontinued were still available
breakfast , milk was like water and they should have bread every early morning! Toillet could be also a little big is quite hard to have shower in that,

I stayed in a private room by ten nights and just have problem with the shower ( the water was boiling or freezing), but this issue was quickly solved. The people who works there is amazing.
Very cosy place. Just 8min from Bellas Artes, with free breakfast and cool atmosphere. Hot shower almost all the time, rooms clean, wifi works good. Nice terrace, friendly staff. The only strange thing is their "welcome drink" coupon for the cafe nearby, it doesn't work so I don't see the point why they give it to guests.
Good Hostel, very well located. Nice staff also. Simple but good breakfast. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower. The water was always either ice cold or scorching hot.
The room don't have much space and the breakfast are poorly. The kitchen and bathroom are also quite small.
The perfect location in Santiago, and the staff was great! Very helpful and friendly.
Good hostel. Great location. Staff go out of their way to help, in particular, Marcella! Would stay here again.
This place has great potential in order to become amazing! Breakfast is really good and the staff is GREAT! Open, friendly, efficient, professional and goes beyond their obligations in order to help the guests (if possible, we would write personal recommendations of both Helder and Armando). Manager: not so cool or friendly. Steals the heater from guests, and seems bothered about guests wanting their laundry (10 US$ pr bag!!!) back after 3,5 days - "just go up and pick it up yourself". But go!

Great place to stay in Santiago, good location close to the center but also close to restaurants and cafes etc. All the staff were really, really, really nice which made it lovely to come home to every evening. Showers super super hot, which is just what you want on those cold Santiago winter mornings! Overall, I would def recommend this hostel.
