Arrived on a Typhoon day so first impression was bad: no electricity, light, no hot water nor air con... On top a generator starting at 6 in front of our bedroom! Obviously anything to do with them as there was no electricity in the whole neighborhood! they have tried their best to soften all those inconveniences the best they could: they have been kind, they offered breakfast and were full of attention. So finally a very positive stay despite circunstances :)

The hotel was great except for a couple problems. First, on the Hostel World website, it lists this hotel as having airport transfers. This is not true, there is no airport pick up. The hotel does offer to call a taxi to bring you to the airport. But the guest must pay 400 Pesos. Second, the towels were unwashed and used upon arrival to our room. Other than that, a great stay!
