Lovely and clean, comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff. Good location

The location is great. Right in the heart of Georgetown. So, it's convenient to travel around the city. The bed is comfy and clean. However, when we checked in, there was a renovation going on. So, there were workers working just in front of our room. This made us feel a bit uncomfortable, particularly when we had to went out to take a shower. But other than that, everything is OK. The staff are quite friendly and helpful. I think this hotel is value for money.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Chulia Heritage Hostel. It looks very nice and clean and I think its a hotel and a hostel at the same time. The hostel rooms are upstairs with shared bathroom. Everything is new and they even have a swimming ppol there. Its located not too far from the central bus station but we had difficulties to find it because getting around in Georgetown was a little confusing. The hostel is worth the money and I can really recommend to stay there!

They allowed us to do early check-in and since there was no available double bed room at that time they upgraded us to a triple bed room. The place is quite clean as well.

Very cool hotel all in white! Helpful staff and very very clean! Only small problem was the constantly wet toilets due to dripping showers ind the small (shared) bathrooms. We would definitely reommend it!

Staff is very friend. Clean and location is near the bus terminal. Good. But, the toilet is narrow.
