I think it is the best deal for staying near the center at an affordable price. The staff was very nice and the room was great.

Everything was very good. We were given the opportunity to choose room. The receptionist was very friendly and he was able to help us all the time. Nice vacation.

The staff was great! Although the hostel may not give you the best impression at the beginning, the rooms very really comfortable and clean. It was pretty cold, so we got a heater and some additional blankets with no problems. It is very close to the centre, but also has a metro and tram station within a 2-minute walk. I recommend it to everyone! One of the best places I've ever visited!

I stayed just for one single night in City Center Palmira Guesthouse. This place is located in Anjos/Intendente and since that it has strange people around the door. The elevator is very old and the floor where my double room was it smells like funny, not inside the room but outside. It seemed to be a clean hostel. The hostess isn't fluent in Portuguese and you'd better prepare yourself to speak in english while you're staying in this hostel.

This place is well located, you may reach downtown and move around Lisbon pretty easy from there. It is on a side street so not so noisy. We stayed 2 floors under the reception, so a minus will be the lack of internet there and the IKEA type furniture also the lack of real door to the WC. On another hand it is great that you have pretty big kitchen with fridge, ,but it is pity that there is no cooker. Prakesh was really helpful with everything, the other guy also tried his best, but Eng was poor

it could be a little bit quieter outside the window :-) BUT: location is quite good, close to Alfama and other atractions, Cais do Sodre station is very near. Hostel is just few steps from tube station also. Few steps to legendary 28 tram line. The most important is very nice atmosphere in hostel. Staff guys were always smiled, helpful and ready to joke. We have nice memories about that and recommend this place.
