Title: Maintenance Issues, Poor Insulation, and Management Approach "I had to change rooms during my stay due to maintenance and hygiene issues, including an ant infestation and a faulty toilet flush lever. While the toilet lever was eventually repaired, I initially had to manually pour buckets of water into the toilet to flush it. The building lacks proper insulation and soundproofing.
