I stayed in a female dormitory. Room nice and clean. But there were just 2 plugs to recharge our staff . I asked to the reception and they gave me a multi plag adapter. Position is excellent, I believe one of the best in Krakow (close to che city center and to the station too). I had problems with wifi the first day (when the hostel was full) but on the following days (with less people) it worked. Kitchen is not complete: you cannot cook but only use microwave and kettler (no potes and oven)

A friend and I stayed here for a couple of nights - very nice but the atmosphere was a but lacking. This may have been due to the dates we stayed but would recommend to those wanting a quiet and clean hostel.

Good location and staff, easy to find. However my stay was not so nice because I shared my room with a group of 5 who were super noisy and not so sociable.

A very good hostel at an very good sted next to the old city.

The room was too hot, too bad there was no air con or at least fan. The breakfast was regular and therefore very good, the place is very clean and spacious. Wi fi did not work in the room which was very annoying. Staff was very helpful.

I loved this hostel! Not very social but I had a peaceful three days, which was perfect. The breakfasts were also great.

Staff were really helpful & went out of their way to make your stay as easy and enjoyable as possible!

there was an issue where the toilets didnt have toilet paper and would become very unclean as the time went on. the staff were somewhat helpful but at times wouldnt react to things i would say. the wifi was good but would have issues with connection...

I had a nice two-night stay at City Hostel in Krakow! The hostel is huge and has several floors of rooms. It's well-kept, clean, and the breakfast was great. The staff was also quite knowledgeable and friendly.

Hostel outdated and tired looking. Wifi only available intermittently and not at all in the room. 1 plug socket in a 6 bed room. Staff unhelpful and disinterested. Hostel was pretty empty so no atmosphere at all.

I had an amazing staff! They were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were clean and so was the bathroom. We were in a perfect location that is easy to find and very close to the market square. It is quiet at night. Great find! My only complaint is the lack of power outlets and how far they are from the beds. Even then, I would reccomend this hostel.
