This place was a DUMP. Dirty sheets that were far too small for the bed that I think may have actually been old table clothes. Bathrooms were filthy and staff were extremely unfriendly and frankly irritated at me when I asked for a refund and to cancel my stay. Their justification for all the issues was “that’s how things are just done around here”. I ended up having to stay one night (out of the 4 I planned) and I left in the morning. Do not stay here

Good price and not too far from the city center. Appreciated that they had a vending machine for water and other drinks. Only issues were that the room was pretty cold and the beds were quite noisy.

There wasn’t any hot water for the shower most of the time and the floors in my room were very creaky, every small movement made a lot of noise. This hostel definitely deserves a lower rating than what it’s listed at. I’ve stayed at a lot of hostels in Krakow and there are a lot of better options, even at the same price.
