As a visitor to helsingborg who has no idea of Swedish jour has failed to check in nor pass via the gate (wihout the given access code and no idea of Swedish jour is the same as emergency) at the 1st night due to flight delay! And worst of all has been given the wrong access code to pass via the gate in the 2nd of the night, meaning another costing on international phone calls on top of the 1st night accommodation! Which I found the experience quite bad and ridiculous!
