I Liked the cleanliness, like back home.. Very Strict Hostel, and a high standard vision

Really friendly staff and tidy place

this is one of the cheapest and value for money hostels i have stayed in australia! it's lacking a bit on character and is a bit far from any attractions but for about $25 per night i only had to share with 3 others and a bathroom, toilet and little fridge/ closet area. i was a bit miffed one night i went to get a cup of tea at 10.10pm and was told the kitchen is closed for everything! maybe they could have 24hr tea and coffee for the furture??

All in all everything was very good for the traveller who looks for a quite place

The hostel was so clean! We had a Bathroom and a fridge in our room! Staff was very friendly and helpful! Free Wi-Fi! I would definetely recommend to stay there!

Very friendly and helpful staff, and the cleanest hostel I've stayed in! Great facilities, and excellent location in the CBD, plus the free wi-fi is a bonus. Highly recommended!

Really great shuttle bus service to and from Greyhound/ferry terminal.

I stayed in a twin room and this was very comfortable. The hostel was well-equipped, clean, quiet and located close to downtown attractions.

I was feeling very good in this backpack. There is à beautiful kitchen. Thé staff is very nice. And you have thé free wifi! Thanks

Really liked this hostel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were clean, not something you can take for granted. Too bad not every room had aircon, but with the fan sleeping was also allright. I would recommend this hostel to others.

its a nice hostel but too big. Kitchen is always full. Rooms with fan are unbearable. Take a aircon!!! But staff is really nice. Location is a bit far from the strand. overall we could recommend it.

We had a nice stay at Civic Guest House. The hostel was overall very good and had no major flaws. There is free wifi but they had some problems with it when we were there so it didn't work all the time.

Really friendly staff! Nice kitchen, fridge in the rooms and the kitchen was a good thing. Free wifi was working, not like in the others backpackers.

Staff were really nice, helpfull and funny! Atmosphere was good but not so social than it usually is with backpackers..people were mostly playing with their computers.. Hostel was clean and kitchen is good. But there is no place to charge your phone or laptop in your room. Anyway I really liked this hostel and can recommend it!
