Thank you for the free upgrade! We really needed a break and some time alone. May be staying again tonight! Staff was great, rooms were clean.

Good hostel. The rooms are a bit expensive but that's just Copenhagen in general, and the bar has the cheapest drinks around so it balances out. The staff were very friendly and beds comfortable. Bathrooms left a little to be desired, but I did really like how they had power points for hair driers/straighteners by every sink, and you could easily borrow a drier from the front desk. Plenty of power points in the rooms too. Would be nice to have free lockers in the rooms for suitcases.

Staff was nice, diligent and helpful despite being very busy. Rooms were really clean and new, but don't come with lockers. Showers were good (good water pressure) and lines are not long.

I only stopped in for a night, so I might not be the best judge, but I was not a fan of the atmosphere. I had to check-in in the middle of a bar/lounge area which made me feel kind of uncomfortable. And because it was so loud and crazy, the girl checking me in didn't even go over the city map with me. She was very nice though, as was the rest of the staff.

The staff was particularly wonderful, helping us when we had a problem (the key to our room would not work) very promptly and well. You cannot beat the location, near everything, and with nearby public transport to the airport.

Perfect location, close to everything! Staff are nice and usually quite helpful. A few annoyances; lockers have to be paid for and they are in the basement. So especially if you are on the fifth floor, it is annoying to get to your things. Only a few bathrooms and so ALWAYS had to wait to use toilet or shower. Kitchen is small and runs out of cutlery and dishes etc. Hostel is close to a bar strip and so on weekends bring earplugs because noise makes it impossible to sleep.

Hard to believe this place charges you for wifi in the room although it's free in the bar- odd thing for a hostel to do! Unbeatable location and bar is lively on the weekend with locals. Enjoyed my stay.

Me and my frined stayed here for 3 nights. It has a perfect location, 2 minutes away from the walking street, bars and night clubs. The hostel has a perfect atmosphere. There is a very large bar and kitchen area in which you can meet people or rest. A nice kitchen is available. The staff is very kind and eager to help you. The rooms are very clean. The weather was clod but the room was warm. Shared showers and toilets are clean. I would strongly recommend it to you. Best hostel I've ever stayed.

Everything was great except for the toilets. They were blocket and full of things that needed flushing down. But except for that everything was great. I loved the reception and bar area. A great meetingpoint. Relaxed atmosphere and wounderful staff.

One of the most social hostels I've been you. Great place to meet people and have a good time. The people are welcoming and will help with what ever you need. Will stay there again the next time I'm in Copenhagen.
