The worst place I've ever stayed! Dirty and with ants all over! Not a place I would recommend...

The only hostel I've ever been to where I left before I'd even spent a night. The dorm room was essentially a hut, with holes between the wooden slats which would have been fine except for the fact the mosquito net over my bed had holes the size of my hand in it. The whole place was very dirty and messy and people were smoking in the room adjacent to the dorm, which had no proper wall separating it. When I said I wanted to leave the staff were very rude and refused to refund any of my money.

While not the most glamorous or even close, we had a comfortable stay sleeping one night in the tent and one night on hammocks. The staff is friendly. It was fun to rough it a bit and save some money.

I have travelled to over 50 countries in my life, stayed in countless hostels & have never once written a review. But I feel it's my obligation to warn travelers about this place. Its hands down the worst hostel/camp I have ever seen or been to. The toilets didn't get cleaned for 3 days (this included the bin), The kitchen was a health hazard, & the "comunity area" was on an ants nests. There is no chance of swimming out the front because its so rocky. Overall a very poor & over priced hostel
