Nothing good to say about this hostel except the location. There is nothing included in the price you pay (linen, luggage storage, internet, etc). The kitchen is ill-equipped and tucked away in the back corner on the top floor in a construction zone and the shortage of bathrooms make it difficult to check-out by their early 10am check-out. The reception is attached to a bar, which they claim is the "lounge" but you have to buy drinks to even sit there and the bar staff is extremely rude. The worst hostel I ever reserved. I was ill when I came to Copenhagen and they denied to give me the room earlier than 2 hours even for more money. There were free beds!!! There is no HOT WATER. This place SUCKS BIG TIME!!! Way too expensive - there are quality hotels cheaper than this. Very dirty - nobody washed the blankets in 50 years. Every little thing costs extra - bag storage, Danhostel card (what is that?), bed sheets. Bringing your own food is not allowed and even heavily fined! No check in before 14:00 and no luggage room so you have to pay for a storage safe if you arrive in the morning. Bringing your own linen may help reduce the cost - if it "meets up to their standards", that is. Finding the kitchen on the 6th floor was a little like playing an adventure game, the lights weren't working.
