After a bit of a difficult trip to HCMC and a late arrival at the hostel the owner received us so very welcome. That was all I needed at that moment, very nice. The hostel is in a little ally, a bit away from the noise and with a lot of admosphere. Good choice to stay!

Very helpful hosts who will help out in any way they can. Spotless rooms and common areas. Perfect alleyside location in Backpackers srea if Sai Gon. Only downside was our room in their 4 Boys building was open air over the balcony so VERY noisy. Best to request their main building rooms or take ear plugs!

Amazing host, great location, right next to the main backpacker road. Do not do the Mekong delta tour, its just a tourist trap

Great location, right in the backpacker area but still quiet. A short walk to the night market and best of all genuinely nice,really helpful owners. I would recommend this place and plan to stay there again.

The room and location was great, but most of all the hostel staff were amazing. Helped us right from the start to find our way around the city, book tours and anything else we needed and were so kind all the time. The best hostel we stayed at in Vietnam.

This is a terrific hostel in a great location! The owner and his family are helpful and kind. They recommended a great nearby restaurant and helped me hail a taxi on the two days I stayed. Overall a wonderful experience.

This was a fantastic hostel. Right in the heart of District 1 where all the action is taking place. Close to everything you'd want to see or do as either a back packer or a holiday maker looking for a nice place to stay at a very reasonable price. From all the hustle and bustle that was the streets of Ho Chi Minh, Diep Anh provided us with a place to unwind and take a breath. They organised our bus at the last minute and did everything they could to make us feel welcome and at home.

The friendliest owners ever! They told us all of the best places to visit and eat, and arranged tours to Cu Chi Tunnels and Mekong Delta for us. I would definitely recommend this place!

This was our second stay at this hostel this year. The couple that run it are delightful and so helpful and pleasant. They never stop smiling. The rooms are roomy, airy and have everything you need. Good bed, shower, fan & aircon. Great location within walking distance of attractions. Long distance busses stop on the road by the alley where you find the hostel. The alley is a taste of real Saigon for locals and full of character and atmosphere.

My friend and I have been traveling throughout Southeast Asia for the past two months and the staff at Diep Anh guesthouse were the most kind and welcoming people we have had the pleasure of encountering during our journey so far. The couple that owns the guesthouse were extremely helpful in every way, from booking tours around Vietnam to simply providing us a recommendation for a tasty place to eat. Like I already said the couple that owns the place makes the few extra dollars totally worth it!

This one of the best hostels I've stayed at in a long time. Definite family-feel and they really care. Still a great location and since it is tucked down the alley a bit it doesn't get as much morning noise as some other places. Highly recommended.

Anh and Ann were incredibly hospitable to our group, always bending over backwards to make sure we had the best possible experience at their guesthouse and in Saigon. Definitely recommend staying here.

great friendly staff, who are full of knowledge and are happy to assist with any request. location right in the middle of the backpacker area and only a short walk to most sights. rooms were large and clean.

Diep Anh is run by a very pleasant and helpful couple, with an infectious welcome and devotion tocustomer care. Literally nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spacious, spotless, bright & airy. It ıs well placed in the centre of town with all attractions within easy walking distance. Only Chinatown is a short bus ride away.

The owners are very helpful and friendly! They gave useful tips on how to survive in Vietnam too! Highly recommended!

The staff here are amazing, can't do enough to help. helped us organise tours and trips around the city (while not making any money from this themselves) they even exhanged currency from their own purse to save us a trip to a bank! . The rooms are spotlessly clean with very nice bathrooms which is a nice change! Would definitely stay here again
