I think that it's quite a reasonable place to enjoy staying in Krakow!

I had a pleasant stay. This time I had a bed in the 8-dorm and was there in January, instead of 12-dorm and December. This time I liked it a lot better. You get huge handy lockers, nice clean showers and helpful greeting staff. I believe Kraków has hundreds of hostels but Dizzy Dazzy is one of my favourites, you will be seeing me back lots of times when I return to beautiful Kraków.

Free laundry!! Good amount of clean shower and bathroom facilities. Had to pay for breakfast which was really basic -- better off going someplace else for breakfast. They had a delivery menu if you don't wanna leave to eat. Let you bring alcohol inside. Overall no big complaints!

Should enfatise more on their cleaning. Floors and shower were kind of dirty.

The staff made the difference :)

We are not fans of getting up early so it was difficult for us to wake up for the breakfast which is served only until 10:00. The same applies for check-out time - 11:00 would be much more convenient. ;) I would prefer to have 2 sets of keys for the private room (or at least one extra key to enter the flat where the room is located) Overall very nice hostel. Staff was kind, extremely helpful and our stay was really enjoyable.
