A very nice hostel with friendly and helpful staff. Kitchen is nicely equipped and everything is quite clean. However the floor old so when people walk, it is very noisy. Although they provide ear plugs, I have had VERY inconsiderate roommates that walk around like elephants and talk loudly at 2am or 6am in the morning, which makes my stay terrible. But of course it is NOT the hostel's fault. The hostel is very nice overall.

The hostel itself is very good and is well located but they don't clean. We didn't know which bed to use because there were a few with the bed linens put, as if someone was still sleeping there and one of the beds was wet because someone left the towel there and the staff didn't pick it up. So they don't clean the room when people leave. They didn't clean the bathroom neither and my boyfriend rose one morning with lots of spiders' bites (we saw later that the roof was full of spiderwebs).

Would highly recommend this place; friendly, helpful staff, clean rooms and bed linen, great common room with internet, TV and free coffee. Thumbs up!

Although it's close to the main station and the main square, it 's not that close to the pubs, so it's perfect if you want to have rest, but not so much if you want to discover the night in Krakow.

Great hostel, very clean and great localization, the guys in the reception were awesome, the atmosphere wasnt amazing but i guess its because i went in the low season and there werent many guests, the security is also excellent, if im ever back to krakow i will be staying there again.

We staid for three nights in the private room, next to the luggage room, and it was a totally kickass option. The room is comfy, calm, spacious and well-equiped. The staff is friendly and helpful and the kitchen as well as the living room area are simply perfect. This hostel has all what you can need and for sure you'll feel nearly like at home. Definitely recommendable.
