Only bad comment is that there is one toilet/bathroom for all the rooms at this hostel which can be a pain at times.Only bad comment is that there is one toilet/bathroom for all the rooms at this hostel which can be a pain at times....Close

A great place to chill. They have a shuttle bus that runs throughout the day into the main strip in town. Clean but security lacks (no lockers and an open concept). But worth a visit.A great place to chill. They have a shuttle bus that runs throughout the day into the main strip in town. Clean but security lacks (no lockers and an open concept). This hostel was very disappointing. We stayed there 3 days and that was more than enough. There was no glass in the window in our room, instead there was another room behind the window - so our supposed to be 5 bed doorm was more like a 9 bed doorm with very bad air! The walls in the common room and kitchen were covered with rule signs written in a not very friendly manner - Sometimes less is more... The only positive thing we can report is the shuttle service. This hostel was very disappointing. We stayed there 3 days and that was more than enough. A nice setting and located close to Sunshine beach and the national park. Staff are friendly enough and there is a minibus service shuttle all day .
The place is nicely decorated, following a indo-hippish type scene.
Dorm rooms are very small given the high price. Excellent communal areas however with many televisions, ping pong etc... Unfortunately all these areas are scattered with stern reminders of countless numbers of rules, laws and regulations to which you must abide. Great hostel very close to beach with a really relaxed feel. Rooms are a little small and no security lockers in rooms. The hostel is a series of independent units around a central commune area meaning about 13 people share a kitchen and TV room which makes for a really good apartment type feel rather than large impersonal hostel.Great hostel very close to beach with a really relaxed feel.
