Bar staff great reception staff not good and often try to rip you off, good hostel tainted slightly and laundry is too expensive

Owner Comment (Hide)
Thanks for your comments, but just need to state that we take 1$ a kg for laundry, washed, dried and ironed, and 2$ for express machine wash- it's done as a service with no profit to the hostel at all, and is impossible to do cheaper, otherwise it would be done at a loss.

Very rude staff. They jeep all The passports. Their reason is literally "in case you get very drink they keep your passport safe" and also if there is a police inspection they need it useless to give them a copy) buttt instead you can keep your passport leaving 50$ deposit... What happes then with The police? Party every night.good luck if you try to get some rest... No sleep. People fuc*** under The stairs... And people drinking and eating from inside The swimming pool.

The staff was friendly but everything rather disorganised. Its a place for a just-entered-their-20s party crowd, there are other hostel with a better vibe around town!

Good for the party people, bad for those who want to sleep without being disturbed by music at night...

If you are part of the young English crowd, you will feel very welcome and at home. If you are desperate for an STD, get yourself along. The English owner seems quite flippant and rude and unfortunately speaks to his native staff like they are idiots. I think he would do well to remember that English is not their first language and they may not have had as good an education as others. A towel in the room and a bar of soap wouldn't be too much to ask, but it was. Improvement needed i'm afraid.

This hostel is awesome for a party but also easy to get a good nights sleep if you need one. 5 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap. The staff were amazing and organised the best pub crawl I've ever been on. Starting with a Cambodian carnival, which was the most fun and very exclusive to this pub crawl. After that there were 3 Cambodian bars and finished on pub street. $5, 7 free drinks, best night you'll have in Siem Reap

Just clean everything!

A 7ish min walk from Pub Street, and with a large clean swimming pool, well stocked poolside bar, outdoor seating, full comfort food menu (bit pricey, but good)Inside was dark and dingy, the rooms small and cramped, and swelteringly hot, despite the ac being on. The beds were questionably clean, and the bathroom and tiny, drippy, damp hole in the corner of the room. Cold water, no pressure, rusty taps, the works. The crowd are generally young loud party people

Best hostel i've stayed in. We extended our stay from 4 to 8 days! The atmosphere is great, staff friendly, and the activities organised in the evening allow you to meet loads of people. Absolutely loved it! You should definitely stay here!

Little lucky Luke is a handsome friendly barkeeper. Good company but don't ask him for a drink with more than 3 ingredients. Rooms are lovely!!! But food is sooooo overpriced!!! So go into the city for value for money. Enjoyed my time here and would def recommend it. LOVE THE SWIMMINGPOOL

Loved the atmosphere here, felt like a big family. The kitchen makes affordable food l day long, and they play movies on the big screen! Wifi good throughout. The only difficult thing was that someone puked in a toilet, clogged it, and it wasn't cleaned the four days I was there.

We enjoyed our stay here, the only annoying thing was that we booked an aircon room for the first 2 nights which didn't actually work too well, we then tried to book this room for a third night and they told us it was fully booked so moved us to a more expensive fan room, we found out the morning of being moved that our friends the next day had booked places in our old room, so I was pretty annoyed they told us otherwise. Also the whole place flooded and the water stopped working
