They don't accept reservations from HW. Even w confirmation email they refused w/ "we dont speak English/can't read it". Finally they relented

The rooms were clean, but you had to make your own bed (put the comforters and pillows in their cases). I wrote an email to the staff to pick us up at the train station and no one showed, and the phone numbers listed didn't work. The desk person couldn't really speak English. The bathrooms were DISGUSTING. I read this is past reviews, and nothing had changed. There was feces in almost every stall, and only one stall would flush. Great place for the cost, but would not stay here again.
