The staff was really great and helped us with booking the buses to Torres del Paine, and also shared some tips about places to visit, eat and what to do. The building is not new, but was very clean and well warmed. Surely a great hostel, one of those places and people that enhances the experience of travelling. I believe the next step for them to take is offering breakfast (even if the need to charge for it...)

Good place. The woman who runs is great. Not tons of space to hang out. So-so kitchen. Plenty of bathrooms. B+ overall, but good value for money.

The owners are absolutely wonderful. They were extremely helpful in planning our trip to Torres del Paine and were incredibly kind in general. After our trip to Torres del Paine, we had 6 hours to kill before our flight out of Puerto Natales. We weren't sure what to do with our luggage, so we showed up on their doorstep. They let us keep our bags there and offered to let us hang out at the hostel and use the facilities.

Really lovely place, just like home! Hosts are fantastic and took great care of us. We booked a double room and it was spacious, clean and prettily decorated. The kitchen is big and we loved cooking on the Aga!

We had a lovely stay here. Monica and Andre who were running the place were the nicest we have met on our travels and were keen to help with tours, tickets and advice. They made everything easy. Within a few minutes of arriving Monica said that we should treat the place like our home which was lovely.

Very quiet and nice staff. The rooms are quite good, the showers are horrible. Too small.

A family run place, you share the kitchen etc with the family. Nice dorms, clean and quite roomy. No lockers for belongings but it seemed safe enougeh. A well equipped kitchen, clean bathrooms and good location. Better if you speak Spanish, they don´t have much English, but I got by OK. Monica is very friendly and will help with bookings to get to Torres del Paine, and also let us stay after checkout time as we were heading to the Navimag ferry - thanks Monica!

The hostel staff is very nice und helpful, the rooms are o.k., too and except the bathroom, which was not very clean and seems a little bit improvisational, the accommodation is much better than other ones in Puerto Natales.

Andres and Monika were fantastic....... The place is a little tired in places but immaculately clean and so warm and cozy. Hot showers and a great location. Cooking facilities were via an Agra and as I had no clue how to use it we went out, but otherwise, spot on!

It looks a little bit strange from outside - when I came there it seemed to be abandoned house, but then occured the owners had just bought it and they have big plans to make it a very familiar place and indeed because of the atmosfere you feel there like at home, not a hostel! (so do not believe your first impressions from outside!!!) Very nice and helpful people, helped us to buy tickets for next destinations and organioze our time in Puerto Natales, I recommened it!

We had a perfect stay at this small guesthouse. It really felt more like being at home, than staying in a hostel and Andres and Monica were very helpfull with everything. The rooms are spacious and warm, the showers hot, there are nice places to sit and relax, the showers are hot and the hostel is in the centre of Puerto Natales, but in a quiet street. A perfect place to stay for a very good price!
