Very clean and homey. We stayed in the 5 bed dorm, which was extremely roomy. The beds were also incredibly comfortable and big. Bathrooms, kitchen and living areas were all very clean and welcoming. The owners were also super helpful in helping orient us to the Torres del Paine experience. Located about 15 min walking from the bus terminal.

Probably the best hostel we have ever stayed in! Beds are super comfy, lovely kitchen area which is very well equipped - there are even spices and all the basics for cooking! Nice hang out space too with tv, DVDs, board games and even a wii! Andres and Monica are so lovely and helpful, they will tell you all you need to know about Torres del Paine and rent you camping equipment too. We were so sad to leave, thank you for everything!

Great location, comfy beds, hot showers and a wealth of trekking knowledge. This hostel has everything you need when planning and returning from a stint in the Torres del Paine National Park. Andreas the owner is full of info regarding all things trekking and helped us plan our trip and rented us top quality gear. Stay here for a great Patagonian experience!

bright colours, welcoming staff, good location, nice common area and a comfortable room (our double bed was obviously newly renovated), what else you want? definitely a good place to stay

The hostel is run by a really friendly, helpful couple who genuinely seem to want everyone to have a good time. They helped us plan for our trek and are knowledgeable about the area. They are also sociable and make you feel at home! The place is also clean, warm and has a great homely atmosphere. The kitchen has everything you need and lots of tables, sofas and communal areas. Its a great place for the cost you pay. I'd definitely recommend to anyone who goes to Puerto Natales to stay here.

Great hostel. The owner is very helpful.

Nice and brand-new place in Puerto Natales. Security is good, along with staff friendliness, cleanliness and facilities. Downsides are the lack of breakfast and to a lesser extent the location, being a 4-5 blocks away from both the real center and bus terminal. When going to Torres del Paine, luggage can be left free of charge in the hostel, being a big plus.

It hardly ever happens that I rate a hostel with 100%. Neither it happens often that I remember the hostel owner's name. But indeed at Patagonico, Alejandro and his girlfriend Monica were like parents for me, taking care of everything I needed for my Torres del Paine hike and helping me out with lots of other stuff. In addition, the beds are super comfy (!!!) and the hostel is very flexible with reservations etc. Exceptionally good place.

Warm and relaxing atmosphere. The two hosts make you feel welcome and really cares about your having a great time at their place and Pt. Natales/Torres del Paine. Plus, kitchen is good, beds are really comfy and rooms are warm - just what you want before or after you hike in Torres del Paine!

The dinning area is lager then in the photos it's nice place to chill, they rent out tents that are good quality and good size and cheaper then other places. They go above and beyond to help you with your stay and hiking needs. They can even tell you the best way to do the w or o circuit for he is a mountain guide and knows the place well. Recommend staying here.
