Great hostel at a great location. Clean and friendly, big kitchen and common area. Comfortable and the wifi worked well. Definitely recommend.
Thanks so much for a great stay, your hostel and service is fantastic. Only recommendation is to add some hooks in the bathroom (double rooms) to hang your towels.

great little hostel - staff super helpful & super close to main streets & bus station
It is very hard to fault this hostel on anything. Kitchen is fantastic, owners very helpful. Not a party atmosphere, but that's because everyone is there to hike, not party, but is still easy to meet people if you are solo. Also rents equipment at a good price.
This is hostel & the staff are awesome. Warm, great beds & sheets, clean, lockers & locked front door, big kitchen & dining area, very clean. Andreas & his wife are super friendly, nice & helpful. Rental equipment is good & good value. Close to town for grocery & hiking stores. Met loads of fellow hikers for swapping stories & tips! Stay here.
Fantastically welcoming and friendly owner, helped us arrange bus tickets and rented us gear for Torres del Paine. Large dorms, comfy beds, very good and individual showers with lots of space. Kitchen might be a little small if busy, but large dining area, plus lounge area with TV. Complimentary tea and coffee included. Good security, incl lockers in room, and luggage storage. Would definitely stay again.
Very helpful owners. 10 min walk to bus station. 5 min walk to main square. Great value for the hostel.

The owners were super friendly and helpful, the room was nice and the location was great. The wifi was hard to get to work and they didn't offer breakfast but super minor issues. They did offer coffee and tea and have a great kitchen/meeting space.
Lovely hosts who help out whenever they can. Unfortunately, there's no breakfast and no towels (like in many other hostels in Puerto Natales), but they have all day free coffee, tea, cocoa, which is great and a spacious kitchen and common area. It's a 5-10 minute walk both from the centre and from the bus terminal.
Friendly and helpful owners, very nice atmosphere, excellent value for price. Totally recommendable!
Overall this is a good hostel. It's a couple that run it and they are very nice. At times it can be difficult to find them, and you need to find them to pay, rent things, return things, get your stuff out of storage. There is no breakfast, which is why i gave it only average for value. They do rent good gear for hiking and have good secure storage for the stuff you want to leave while hiking. The bathroom in my room had a foul smelling trash can I asked them to empty twice which they never did.
This place is awesome. They made extra effort to get us into a private room for an extra night. Very inviting atmosphere. Staff helped us with W trek suggestions and bus tickets.

We had a very nice stay at this Hostel, it has a calm any cosy atmosphere, nice and clean rooms and you can ask whatever you want and get a good answer. Really liked it, thank you!
The place was super nice and clean. Not loud and the people that worked there were very friendly. A little farther from city center which brought down rating, but otherwise wonderful. Only note, they list as having laundry services available. I finished the w loop on a sunday and needed to clean clothes prior to leaving the next day. Apparently not available on Sundays, so plan accordingly. Though I walked 4 blocks and found a place to do it over night, so no issue.
I love this place! Very friendly and helpful owners! We could leave luggage with them while hiking Torres del Paine.
Lovely and quiet place - not a party hostel but plenty of people around to chat. Good base to start your hiking, free luggage storage and cheap gear rental an added bonus. I would definately stay here again!
We stayed in a private room ensuite and it was excellent. The bed was confortable and so was the bed linen. The room and the bathroom were perfectly cleaned when we arrived. The owner was very helpful and polite, providing us useful hints on whatever we needed.
This hostel is very familiar, with a nice and cosy atmosphere. The staff is friendly and will give you information, for example for the trekking Torres del Paine. I really enjoyed my stay there!
Good place to go before Torres del Paine. Nice building, reasonably priced and the couple that run it are very helpful and friendly
Great hostel! Nice chill, laidback atmosphere. The husband & wife who run the place are very nice & helpful, providing lots of info around Puerto Natales and for trekking in Torres del Paine. Kitchen is well equipped (even with spices, oil, etc) and it was nice that they always had coffee and tea available. The only issue we had was with the wifi internet. Everyone there had difficulties connecting. Frustrating! Once connected, it was good and fast though. Try asking them to reset the router.
