Patagonico was exactly what we were looking for: clean, centrally located, nice big kitchen! We were able to cook a big breakfast and walk downtown to shop and have dinner. Andres was SO HELPFUL. We were flying straight from the US so we arranged our buses, tent, and fuel. We were on a very tight timeline to get from P. Arenas to P. Natales, and off to Torres del Paine and couldn't have done it without Andres' help. Definitely recommend this place!

Homely and comfortable hostel with great hosts. The bed was as nice as anything I've slept on, the memory foam pillows were particularly great. Breakfast is not included but the kitchen is very well equipped and is well stocked with condiments and herbs/spices. We rented gear for the w through the hostel and it was all of a high quality so I can also recommend this. Andres' advice about the torres del paine was invaluable. Highly recommended.
I only stayed here one night before moving on to Ushuaia, but I quite liked the hostel. Andres and Monica were very helpful and accommodating and knew all about Puerto Natales. A nice quiet place, not really a party vibe there, so its good if that´s what you want/need. Recommended.
Really excellent hostel. Owners very welcoming and accommodating. Securely stored our luggage whilst we trekked Torres del Paine. Would wholly recommend! Only improvement would be to include breakfast, however, plenty of facilities and a well stocked kitchen to prepare your own meals.
Nice hostel, good value for money. Breakfast isn't included but as there's a well equipped kitchen it doesn't matter at all. Our double room was spaceous and had a really comfortable bed. Monica gave us about an hour of her time to explain us everything about the region which we appreciated a lot! Recommendable!
A brief one night stay, but was very impressed by the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. If I pass thru Puerto Natales again, I will be staying here.
Andreas was very helpful and friendly. The hostel was warm, with good showers and an excellent kitchen. Just don't use Andreas's favourite wok!

Andres and Monica the hostel owners are amazing. we arrived in the afternoon planning to start the W trek the next morning optimistically. they rented us a tent, sleeping bags, mats, all cooking equipment (everything we needed) all very quickly, and arranged us bus tickets to Torres del Paine as well. the gear is good quality and reasonable price - less than US$70 each for 5 days total. rooms and common area are great as well, and bathrooms clean. these are certainly two great hostel owners. Three girls who wanted to go to torres Del paine found the perfect hostel. The owners helped us with everything, we could rent all what was needed from a tent until a torch. And they informed us about all we needed to know. In total we passed 4 days in this cosy hostel with good showers and very good beds. Lovely details and clean!
