The bar was a little too loud and the internet a little too slow.

Stayed here and one other Hostel in Munich and much preferred this one. The overall atmosphere here was so much better and had a pretty easy time getting to know people in the bar and open areas. You could actually use WIFI in the room, which was a great plus, too. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

Never have I seen such a good hostel bar, seriously! Staff is really kind, though their city tips are really commercial, seemingly based on deals with certain restaurants. Beds reaaaaally cosy, both in privates and dorms. Only minus I can think of is that the total amount of two showers for one whole floor may be not enough. Though I did not have any problems during my stay. Breakfast's really good as well, just avoid the colored eggs since the color's not only on the outside ;)

Its clean, the bar is fantastic, the staff know their city, and it isn't too far from key Munich institutions. Definitely try the brewery a few blocks West!

This was a great hostel to stay at. The staff is helpful, and the hostel is very clean. I stayed in a private room , which was great-no noise! But, a bit expensive. The hostel bar is great to meet people, and they have many tours to offer in the morning, and in the evening as well! My only tiny complaint would be that there is only one set of womens' bathrooms at the far end of the hall on the top floor. Great time!

Showers for dorms are in gym-style bathrooms located in the basement. Rooms were cramped (but what did I expect). Saturday nights feature a concert in the bar, which kept me up even with earplugs.

All of the staff we interacted with were great and very helpful. They gave us some great suggestions of restaurants and places to go. The bathrooms and common areas were very clean, but the actual rooms' floors weren't the cleanest. They have a great common area, which is far enough away from the rooms you can't hear the noise, which was good.

The location is great, a couple of minutes walking from the Hbf. The rooms are really big (bring your own lock or rent it there), clean bathrooms and an awesome bar downstairs!

Great hostel, with good infrastructure (nice beds, enough showers and toilets, internet in the rooms). The bar is good, cheap drinks, and it goes rocking until late at night. The staff is friendly and helpful. The localization is excellent, a two minute walk to the central station and ten minutes to Marienplatz, so you are near all the touristic stuff and also the nightlife in Munich. It's definitely a great value for money, specially if you book in advance.

Very good, especially the pub. EVen if the pub is just beside the dorms, you don't hear anything!

Hostels have changed.. They've gotten nicer, cleaner and more all encompassing. This hostel looks old and smells old. It's one of those hostels where you don't want to walk around your room barefooted. To me a hostel is a great place to meet other travelers but the bar in this hostel attracted many outsiders so it was very crowded at night. Overall, I think Euro Youth needs a reboot.. Fortunately for them, Munich is an expensive city and their beds are cheap. Perhaps I'm too old for this place:)

Everything was good except the shower. It's too high for using it. I think It's better can be pull out the shower. Also the water pressure is too low.
