Nice place a little expensive for being kind of far from Venice. About a 20-25 bus ride from Venice. The people running it are very nice and helpful. The bus stop is right on a very busy street with no sidewalks which is pretty dangerous. But I enjoyed my two nights stay there. No problems.

Absolutely delightful! Fausto and Deby were extremely gracious and hospitable. The rooms were lovely and spacious, and breakfast was delicious. I was worried it would be hard to find the location because of previous reviews, but we didn't really have any trouble. Once you've done it one time it's really quite simple and fairly close! We will definitely return if we go back to Venice and highly recommend this B&B!

The place is awesome! The rooms were really pretty and very comfortable. If you look for a cosy place to stay, this is defenitely it! Ms. Deby was also very helpful with everything and she made us a wonderful breakfast. However, the location wasn't so good. It's quite far out of the city but the problem is the bus. It didnt come very often. Not very convenient to go to the island, but most of all it's a very nice place.

very lovely in general. some things that might be improved: - bed is not comfortable (individual opinion of course) - it would be nice to have the chance to use the kitchen when you ask - does wifi need to be shut down at 8pm? - not sure if it is typically italian but zwieback (rusk) for breakfast is not nice at all from my point of view

Fausto and Deby were wonderful! They were incredibly kind, helpful, and provided amazing breakfast! They were kind enough to pick us up at our bus stop and even drive us into Venice when it was raining!
