Security was a bit annoying with having to talk to staff about getting into the main part of the hostel as well as having to ring the bell to get let in. Other than that awesome hostel with great common areas and comfortable beds.

Wow! 5mins walk from the train station and a vibrant (sometimes colourful!) district of the city! Hostel decor modern and rooms very spacious! Fantastic breakfast, bar food and drinks reasonably priced and the staff were very busy but great company! I had to wait over an hour for my bolognese but I could see that reception was busy. Maybe they need another great receptionist/bar staff during their busy periods? French Julian, German Marcel and manager Sandra all were great! I'll be back soon x

Best hostel ever!

With the exception of the people snoring in my room, the hostel was very pleasant to stay at. It was a bit unnerving to have to walk into a read light district to stay at this accommodation. With that one exception the overall efficiency of the staff with handling it's matters and doing it with a smile were first rate.

Love this hostel. They also have a nice pool table, have daily activities and free tea! No issue in staying at the Red Light District. Very safe!

The best surprise of my road trip around west-germany/luxembourg and one of the best hostels I ever stayed at! Very safe (but in a "bad" neighborhood), clean and well organized. Good breakfast included and Wi-Fi for free! The bar/lounge on the ground floor has a nice atmosphere and helps interaction with other guests (with fairly priced drinks) and the rooms are quiet enough for sleeping. At a walkable distance from the oldtown, where most bars and nightclubs are. Excellent value for money.

It is very close to main train station, good location, staffs are friendly. Everything is perfect except the electronic room key, it took me 5 times just for change the key in one day

About as perfect as you can expect a hostel to be. The main annoyance on the inside is the frequently failing electronic locks on doors, but the staff is always there to help you out when it fails. The location is exceptional in terms of being close to everything, but due to its precise position in the red light district it can feel a bit unsafe once you actually leave the building, depending on time of day. I'm sure the hostel is already aware of this stuff!

there should have a mirrow in the romos or bath romos. There is just one chair in a room for 6 people, thats not enough

The bed is clean and very comfortable. Breakfast is free and good. Location is not so preferable for girls only.

100% Hostel! Everything is amazing! Showers are really good and the free tea, the nightplans (pubcrawl, night walk...) is a plus, specially for self travellers like me! Atmosphere was amazing! Staff is really helpfull, specially Julia (Germany), Véronique (Québec) and Julian (France). It is a very safe hostel! No worries about that. I would highly recommend! If I go back to Frankfurt, I'll definetely stay there again.

Facilities were excellent. Everything seemed clean and the place looked really nice. My only minor gripe was that one of the staff played some pretty hardcore music entirely too loud in the common area, especially for early morning. (2am-5am) It was easy to escape by leaving the room, but it would have been impossible to read or relax and a bit jarring for that time of night/morning.

The double bed unfortunately consisted of 2 loose mattresses, which was rather annoying.

Probably the nicest reception staff i saw in germany and nice that they have free hot drinks in common area. Rooms very minimal and close to station but slightly dodgy area
