Great value for money. Quaint location. Pizza night is fantastic. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist. Only negative - would be good of towels and soap were provided.

I enjoyed my stay at Florida, some of the staff - in particular the morning main man on desk and one of the waiters were particularly helpful and friendly and made some great recommendations for my time there, helping me organise it. The aircon played up a bit turning itself off in middle of night so woke up over heating, and bathroom was not the cleanest - but that was probably not due to fault of hostel staff!!

It was difficult to find, but apart from that we had a great stay. Staff were friendly and helpful and the hostel room was nice and secure. The use of a pool was great.

Really nice hotel, very clean, friendly & very helpful staff, great pool! It is a hotel so there are a lot of families, but within the dorm rooms I found a great bunch to hang out with. Only downside is that there is no kitchen. Little pricey, but 100% worth it

Awesome place. Very relaxed, good pool. Feels like a hotel. Staff are super helpful

A few dorm rooms within a hotel. The hotel facilities were pretty good with restaurant and pool however it seems they have neglected the dorms and feels like it's just something they do on the side. On arrival our dorm didn't appear clean and was just generally not an inviting space to be in.

Having access to a pool was so nice. The Capri trip they offer for under 30's is a definite must do!

We were warmly greeted by knowledgable staff who gave us a map along with detailed and valuable information. There was a lovely pool area and restaurant along with a bar that made great, reasonably priced cocktails. Please note that this is a hotel, not hostel so the atmosphere was more of a relaxed family orientated holiday. The only downfall was the beds in the 4 bed dorm were extremely uncomfortable, making it almost impossible to sleep. Most uncomfortable bed I have come across on my travels

Staff were amazing and even helped me organise a cheap taxi back to Naples. There were also facilities to shower and change after I checked out at 11am and needed to wait the rest of the day for my flight.

Had a lovely stay here. Pool is great and very big. Restaurant looked lovely, but didn't eat so can't comment on the food, but some friends did eat there & enjoyed their meals. Nice little location off the main road. Short 10 min walk to the main part of Sorrento. Staff very helpful and friendly in booking tours. Dorm room spacious. B/room nice and clean. A/con good. Thanks for the stay, would recommend to friends :)

Lovely hostel! Staff were very friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean with excellent facilities including lockers and power points for each person. Pool and bar area was beautiful and the 5 euro buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had so far. Highly recommend.

Very good price for ensuite dorms and you can use the swimming-pool. For €5 extra you get a buffet breakfast.

If you're looking for an actual 'hostel', then this really isn't the place for you. It's a 'resort hotel' - which is alright if that's your thing, but it's unlikely to be if you're using the website! The main feature of the place is the pool, which is excellent - 3m deep, so not a kiddie pool - but everything else is very poor. The bar and restaurant are expensive, and with the exception of the nice bloke on reception, the staff are incredibly rude. Just don't bother. Swim in the sea instead!

Amazing hostel! Staff were so amazingly friendly and helpful. The pool is amazing at the end of a long hot day exploring and the food in the restaurant was delish and good value. Really recommend!

Very nice hostel/hotel. Rooms and bathroom were very clean with a nice court yard had air conditioning as well and a pool. A little bit out of town but not a far walk at all I was very happy with our stay here. The manager was very helpful with planning things to do, buses etc. Sorrento was beautiful as well I would highly recommend this hotel and doing the Amalfi Coast.

This is defiantly more of a hotel than a hostel. The only way to really meet people is in the room you are staying in. Very clean though because of the hotel. Main guy at reception (never got his name, medium curly hair) was amazing! Helped me with everything even booking train tickets. Told me the cheapest ways to get places and recommended great activities. Downside is it is about a 15-20 minute walk from the main square where everything is. Great if you want a break from a typical hostel.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay. After one of the group members got injured the staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating which was greatly appreciated (also willing to help organize time during stay). Nice walk to center of Sorrento and nice restaurants close by with sea view (also a very nice restaurant on-site). Hostel room was fine with walk-out porch, however quite damp due to the air machine. Lovely garden area, however ants quite eager to take over food.

Great staff!! No real hostel vibe here as it's part of a hotel too but great to have a pool for the day and nice clean facilities.

This hostel is combined with a hotel. While this means you get excellent facilities such as the pool, the atmosphere is a bit dead and family orientiates, so not really one for backpackers, let alone solo travellers. The breakfast also costs €5, which is very steep considering you could get a much nicer one in town.
