It was a really good visit with good roommates, staff, a great pizzanight with drinks and a wonderful atmosphere. The lockers in the room were big so there was no problem to lock in my big backpack.

Excellent location away from the main square but still close enough to walk. Good value for the cost. Restaurant dinners were surprisingly delicious. Server Matteo and front desk agent Serena made it feel homey. I stayed in the hostel section. Squeezing 8 women in a small room with only one bathroom was a little tight. Thankfully, we could hangout in their lovely courtyard or rooftop.

We stayed in the hostel part of the hotel, and were warned on the first day by other in our room that the staff were hostile to hostel guests. Our booking clearly said breakfast included, but upon arrival we were told by the front desk receptionist that breakfast is not for hostel guests, hotel only. There were similar experiences when it came to booking the boat tour or shuttle publicized by the place. Hostel beds right next to outdoor speaker which played from around 7am -11pm. Broken AC.
