Garden stone has a really nice garden. The staff is OK, not super friendly but the will give you the information you need about your trip to the waterfalls. Unfortunately we found out that all keys can open different rooms, not good for the security! Breakfast is good. Kitchen is OK, not that big and there are a lot of musqitos over here. Overall a nice hostel to stay for your trip to the waterfalls!

My wife and I had a great experience here back in April. The Owners gave us great advice on taking a public bus to and from the Brazilian side of the falls. The back area is great with a lot of trees and flowers. Breakfast was good and the location was only a few blocks from downtown. Very happy with this place!

Rooms were fine but the kitchen is disgusting!!! There were cats everywhere, jumping onto the counter tops, walking on the crockery/cutlery. It was gross. It's so badly kept. The tea towel smelled like it had been there for 20 years. No heaters in the rooms. It gets very cold at night. All there is is one sheet on the bed.

Great hostel, quiet at night. Nice staff and good breakfast. Beautiful garden and nice kitchen/lounging area. The 5-beds girls dormitory was super clean. I paid 130 pesos per night.

It does the job. It´s a very quiet place, definitely not the best place for meeting people. Also, the strict 10:00 a.m. checkout time is annoying. The owners speak only Spanish.

No one had told us that there is a curfew at night, so we had to jump the fence at approx. 1pm. Besides that everything was great. Nice rooms, especially the community lounge and an awesome jungle backyard!

Great pool and everything else you need. Very nice garden and good breakfast. Not the hostel closest to the bus-station, but still only a 5 minute walk, so no disadvantage.

If possible, it would be nice to make the check out time a little bit later than 10am. Noon would be nice.

Very nice garden, small but very nice pool, i would most definately recommend it. it is a very quiet place, not a party hostel at all.

A pleasant sty in a clean large room with comfortable bed. The garden offers a respite from the heat with the shade of numerous plants and trees and a small pool. Unfortunately the communal kitchen area is dated and lacked enough utensils and crockery to accommodate the number of guests. Sadly guests left dirty dishes around, which although not the hostels fault, is not discouraged by the state of the area.

Fantastic hostel. Booked for one night, wanted to stay two - they had no room in the dorm so upgraded me to a single for free. Cleanest hostel I´ve ever stayed in, just all around great atmosphere. Had a great time chilling in the pool with beers after Iguazu, before the awesome staff provided a fantastic breakfast the next morning.

Very nice place and friendly staff. Although not English speaking, they're patient and helpful. Wasn't told about the curfew (like someone else mentioned here as well) so had to jump over the fence after 1am. Clean room and bathroom.

Best breakfast I've had at a hostel so far. All you can eat: GOOD fresh juice, eggs, muffins/cakes, etc. Severe lack of outlets in my room (1 for 6 people) and wonky internet, but really chill hostel. Many outdoor/semi outdoor areas and a nice place to talk to travelers
