One word- disgraceful. I had booked a private room with ensuite- it was filthy, had not been cleaned since the previous occupant. Next morning, there was no water so no topping up drink bottles, no showering and no flushing the toilet. These are things that could be fixed but there was no staff to speak to, it was very unclear who was running the hostel

Nice areas to hang. Brekkie is very basic but it’s included for a very low price for the stay so it’s good enough. Bathrooms and dorm floor were dirty, so use your flippers haha. My bf electrocuted himself when touching the toaster (he was barefoot and the floor wet BUT it can happen to anyone) and when he made a comment to the volunteer/worker the lady just gave him s***(he was trying to bring awareness, he’s an electrician, it was a high voltage shock that can be dangerous for weak hearted ppl
