Receptionists were always very friendly and willing to help. The hostel is very clean and the kitchen is great to do your own cooking and save money. The washing machine isn't expensive either and the dryer is included in the price. It's close to the tram line into the city centre. The atmosphere was lacking a little because the hostel was half empty so the downstairs bar was never open. Also there is a cheap supermarket a minute walk away. We would stay here again 100%

The hostel is located within a walking distance from the main square. Mariana & the others receptionists are very welcoming (and cute on top on that, which seems to be a Polish feature ;)). They let us store our luggage until very late, thx again! You can find a pool table, darts, a bar, a table football so a lot of stuff that you cannot always find in a single hostel. Didn't seem to be any party atmosphere in the evening though. Mattresses were not good and the room was SUPER warm.

Great hostel and value for money. Only a short walk from city Centre and close to Jewish quarter. Great beds and facilities and will definitely stay here again when it Krakow.

first and biggest issue was we booked for a female room and walked in to 4males in our room, when we went to the lady at the reception she said there is nothing she can do and blamed the booking system for the mess up and was not very helpful. Secondly, construction work going on which we were not warned about, therefore woken up early in the morning by the noise. finally the rooms had a lack of plug sockets and showers were not the the cleanest.

Only a short walk (5-10 mins) to the old town, and there are trams running right past if you need to go further. The rooms were cosy and clean with spacious lockers. The bathrooms were clean when we arrived but became progressively dirtier and didn't seem to be cleaned. The free breakfast was great and there are washing machines and a dryer available for anyone to use. There are also lovely outside and inside (underground) seating areas that can relax in. Staff were always friendly and helpful.

The facilities were alright, but there was a constant smell from the bathroom the entire time I was there and the shower head was broken. The staff was friendly enough. The wifi was really bad. Would always cut out and not load from the room, even had troubles in the common area. The security was fairly good, you have to have a code to enter the rooms, but the front door is unlocked 24/7.

Good location since it's very close to the Jewish district, and cheap. There was always a group of people (usually Americans) who stayed up until 5-6 in the morning, talking loudly (typical Americans) and listening to loud music. The staff of the hostel failed to handle them.

Great location not far from the old town and close to the Old jewish quarter. Good staff (especially during check-in) - however, the hostel really lacks security. Well, they have security cameras put up in the facilities and one fire extinguisher in the kitchen - but there were absolutely no smoke detectors anywhere, and the emergency fire-hose on the upper floor were locked (!), also the power-outlet in the room were not properly installed, and a tiny incident could be devastating.
