Didn't really enjoy my stay for several reasons: 1. Not enough plugs in the room, only two in 6 bed room, had to go down to the reading room and charge my phone at midnight. 2. Only given a blanket/towel serve as substitute for comforter, had to put all my coats on top of it to stay warm at night. 3. Short breakfast time and very limited choices with limited seats at dining area. 4. A lot of elders and other folks that are not youths staying there. Not a good atmosphere for students.

too expensive, the price was 36$ including tax, but 25$ would have been better. I paid 20$ at the hostel on Hollywood Blvd.

Great hostel

Probably one of the best hostels in North American annive staying in a lot.

I stayed for one night at the H.I. Hostel but me and my friends had a really good time.The Hostel is really big therefore there is a big kitchen, dinning- and a living room for everybody,also the have a movie room.The breakfast was excellent,Bagels,Toast,Cereals... Our room was small but still okay for 4 people,it was clean and the sheets were good.The bathroom was big,clean and had hairdryers!!!I The only thing that wasn´t so good,it was loud in the hallway for our room because oft the echo.

Had my computer stolen from bed in the the second it took for me to get to the toilet and back after waking up from a nap. Front desk were unhelpful and told me all I could do was fill out an incident report and walk the fifteen minutes to the police station. On arriving there I met another guest from the hostel who had also had something stolen, police then let slip that this happens all the time there and that it should be avoided. Didn't even give me a free pass for their internet, shocking!!

This place is top botch, clean, friendly and the best location!! Stay here if you can. Will be coming back here next time I'm in town :)

This place was the best I've stayed in! Great location and every facility you could possibly need. Had a great time would definitely recommend!!!

Was great Clean Close to 3rd street and the pier good fun would stay again!

Great hostel. Very handy location. Right in downtown, close to the shops and the beach. Free breakfast was good, bagels and cereals. Biggest hostel kitchen I've been in. Dorms were nice and clean with fresh bedsheets and towels. Would definitely recommend this hostel. Thank you.
