HI Munich Park Hostel, the modern hostel in the green south of Munich. We are not downtown party hostel, but with metro its just 8 minutes to the City center.

Important: For a stay with us a Hostelling International Membership is required. International guests without membership pay a surcharge of 3,50 Euro for the first 6 nights to obtain a full membership for the use of more than 4.000 Youth Hostels worldwide. German residents can become a member of the German Youth Hostel Association for 12,50 Euro per year (older than 26 years and for families: 22,50 Euro) upon arrival.
Prices apply to guests younger than 26 years. Guests older than 26 years pay a surcharge of 4,00 Euro per person and night .
We offer cosy accomodation in 374 beds in 38 two-bed, 53 four-bed and 13 six-bed rooms, all with bunk beds and ensuite bathroom.
We welcome backpackers, families, business travelers, school groups and more as guests. A little bistro and vending machines are to be found beside the reception area. Our guests can relax in 3 chill out rooms in the ground floor and in our spacious area in the basement.
We don't have a guest kitchen.

The centre of Munich is pretty special, but there are some little-known treats further out that a lot of travellers miss. HI Munich-Park is a five minute walk from Munich Zoo and surrounded by some of the city's most beautiful parks. Just a short metro ride from the city centre, the hostel is hidden in the greenery of the outskirts - perfect if you want to stay close to the city lights but still need a little peace and quiet. Reviewers have been impressed by the "architect's dream of a building", with colourful decor and just 400 metres from the station.
