Room was really small and the 6-bed dorm could have done well to be a 4-bed dorm. Lockers are outside in the lobby. Bathrooms are small and have no air ventilation. Really friendly and helpful staff and fair tuk tuk prices.

Great Place to stay right near town and the best night market in my opinion. The staff will help you book tours and travel. Get George to take you to the temples and you will have a great time. Perfect for the price and super convenient for last minute booking. Guesthouse was clean and quaint and if you can ignore the college students its perfect!

Amazing, friendly staff who are always willing to smile, have a beer or game of pool with you or help you arrange buses or day trips. Good location near the one street of bars in town, very clean, great place to stay.

The staff here are incredibly friendly and always happy. Staying at this hostel made my time in Siem Reap even better. It's a great place to meet Other backpackers, and it's only a 2 minute walk to pub street and the night market and is directly next to the night time art market. I really appreciate the honest tuk tuk service this hostel operates, it saved me a lot of time and money. Stay at this hostel! You won't regret it.

The best choise to stay in Siem Reap... the staff is great!!! Quedé muy sorprendido de como es el staff, lo cariñosos que son. Tiene toda la información para que visites Angkor Wat. Está a pasos del Pub Street y de los mercados. 10-10

I loved this hostel! Met so many people here. The location was top notch, close to the river and pub street. I stayed in a six bed mixed dorm, and for $4USD there was a clean ensuit bathroom (with decent hot shower) and air conditioning. The staff was very friendly and are always willing to help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is coming to siem reap.

We arrived to Siem Reap by bus and after a few minutes we got a pickup for free, which was quite nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to book a tour to Angor Wat and a Bus Tickets to Battambang, and it went fast and easy because of their good english. The room (ensuite) had a fan, fridge and a tv. The common area had a pool table and a spa, but the spa is pretty rusty so it colours your clothes. We would definately reccomend this place! +everything (++staff) -rusty spa

We would have had a really good stay here but unfortunately we had a fan only room and the fan was pathetic and we were on the top floor so the room was ridiculously hot. Had to sleep with a wet towel on me. Get a room with aircon!

I had a great stay at HI Siem Reap. I stayed in the Mixed dorm, which eventually turned out to be all girls by the end of my stay.. made some great friends, and had a wonderful time moving around. The staff is very helpful, warm and trustworthy. It is basic, clean and neat. No frills, yet very comfortable. The pool table and the jacuzzi in the front yard is a great idea.. good place to site and sip a cool angkor beer :) Definitely recommended.

Location is great, staff ok, but our room did not have air conditioner and that was very bad. Staff has organised us bicycles to visit the temples, and bus tickets to go to PhnomPenh. That was very helpful

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They arranged for transportation to the bus station when the bus pickup service failed to turn up at the hostel. The in-house drivers are always ready for a game of pool. They are pool sharks though haha!

I liked that the security lockers were downstairs as you could keep things there even after you checked out. I liked having access to tea and coffee during the day. One recommendation would be to have some fans in the common areas. Staff was helpful and nice

I spent 3 nights here the staff are really welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to organise trips/tuktuks/anything you need really. The rooms are basic (the shower often didn't work) but otherwise decent considering the price, and clean. The beds are a very decent size and the rooms are well maintained by courteous staff. The location is excellent. All in all I would stay here again, and have already recommended to friends.
