Have nothing to complain about the place! Enjoyed my stay there! Was lucky to share the room with super nice people, and stuff is helpful. Wanted to stay more, but they were fully booked:( they have their own tuktuks, very cheap! Recommend this place for stay
I really enjoyed my stay at HI Siem Reap!! I initially was going to stay 2 nights but loved it and ended up staying 5. The beds were super comfty and we each got 2 pillows. As a line traveller it was really easy to make friends. The resturant served great food but sometimes it took a while. The location is great and only a 3 minute walk over the bridge. The staff were super friendly and always down for a game of pool or a beer. Would stay again and reccommend to everyone!!
This hostel is in a great location within Siem reap. Right opposite a cheap night market selling all sort s of stuff.. And a 5 minute walk from pub street!! The staff are lovely and happy to help. However the door to our bathroom did not shut properly and you had to heave and pull in order for it to feel secure. The lockers are also only located downstairs which is slightly annoying. Wifi was good and reliable and there were lots of places to sit and chill out after a day of temple visiting.
good place to stay. met nice people. close to pub street and shopping facilities. they have a tuk-tuk-service for angkor wat with nice and responsible drivers.
Very clean and nice hostel. The staff are very friendly and are always willing to help. Across the river from the hustle and bustle of pub street so very quiet but also near enough to walk. Always a good stay at HI's!
Stay at Hi Siem Reap. Honestly, look any further. In hostels, Hi Siem Reap is about as close to perfect as you'll ever get. Rooms are clean and quiet with comfortable beds. Plenty of showers, super helpful and very kind English speaking staff, cheap and tasty food and a lovely, but not overwhelming, social atmosphere for you to join in with if it takes your fancy. At just a 3-5 minute walk from pub street and a 10 second walk from a small market, the location is perfect. 5 stars.
Very good location! we had a very clean private ensuite with tv and mini-fridge. however, it only had fan, so it was a bit warm. i would suggest to pick the aircon room, especially during summer!
I loved this place. Great staff - helpful and smiling (booking tours, tuk-tuks, hanging out in the common area...), comfy beds, nice showers, very clean... It is not a party hostel though - doesnt have a bar, but they have a patio (with a jacuzzi!) and a terrace, so is ideal if you want to relax and have a chat with other travellers after a long day exploring temples. Location is great: 5-10 min walking from Pub Street and markets, close enough to walk but far enough if you just want to chill.
it was not too bad but the water running smelt bad, i found many mosquitos in the room.
Great location staff were exceptional very helpful couldn't ask for more. well done.
It was fine for me, but I didn't like get along well with my roommates. They were nice, just a bit unfriendly. Totally not the fault of the hostel!
Perfect location - just across the bridge and down a road from Pub Street/restaurants and main centre of Siem Reap. Beds were very comfortable and each dorm has its own bathroom (including shower). Staff were lovely and organised a free airport pick up and were very happy to organise tours. There is a computer for use and bikes for hire. Not much of a common area however, and didn't see many people around even though the hostel was fully booked. A lovely place to stay, nonetheless!
This place was really comfortable and the friendly staff were great- one drove us around for a day (before sunrise to after sunset) for $20US and bought us juice and showed us around the area too. Gave us beer on New Years too. Beds were comfortable and room was large with hot showers although the air condition turned on and off. Pool table was a fun way to meet people and located over the road from the night market 5mins form the main street. Good breakfast provided free.
location is great and the staff is helpful! but the floors were a little dirty even though no shoes were allowed upstairs
Average facilities. Hot tub advertised is NOT actually a hot tub, but a tub they fill with cold dirty water. Food is reasonably priced and so are the drinks. Location is ok and it is not the best, but an ok place to meet other backpackers. If you are looking for a last minute booking for only a few nights, this is an ok place to lay your head until the next one shows up.
Very helpful staff and happy George was great!! Hostel lacked excitement but a nice place to chill.

Absolutely wonderful, friendly and helpful staff! So nice! The hostel has a great vibe and is in a perfect location. Would stay again.
This hostel has a nice homely atmosphere and staff are very friendly. Met some cool people here, though it would be good if the downstairs area was more communal and sociable. There is a nice balcony that is perfect for chilling out. Preferred this place to Siem Reap Hostel.

We enjoyed our stay here and extended and extended again. Hostel is in great location and staff are very friendly and helpful. They can arrange tuk tuk for you to temples at reasonable price as well. 5 min walk to pub street and market right out side there door, would stay here again if I was in Siem Reap only thing I would say is you can probably get a private room cheaper else where.
The toilet and shower room in the dorm room is bad... Also the dorm design is not good and you need to outside to use their lockers which is not enough for everyone.
