I liked that the security lockers were downstairs as you could keep things there even after you checked out. I liked having access to tea and coffee during the day. One recommendation would be to have some fans in the common areas. Staff was helpful and nice

I spent 3 nights here the staff are really welcoming and friendly and will go out of their way to organise trips/tuktuks/anything you need really. The rooms are basic (the shower often didn't work) but otherwise decent considering the price, and clean. The beds are a very decent size and the rooms are well maintained by courteous staff. The location is excellent. All in all I would stay here again, and have already recommended to friends.

Friendly helpful staff, close to all the local tourist area and far enough to be away from the noise.

Not a very good hostel. Air con couldn't keep room cool. Wifi was really slow. Tiny lockers 2 flights of stairs away from my room. Showers had no pressure. Et cetera.

A nice little hostel, very conveniently placed near pub street etc in a quiet little location. I was happy enough with it to come back a second time as I had two trips to Siem Reap. Issue with the aircon in both of my 4-bed dorms as it dripped water onto the floor. This was fixed when raised with staff.

Awesome! This is not a very big hostel, but it is fit well with the city as Siem Reap is also not a very big city actually. All of the staffs are just incredibly friendly and helpful. You can just ask every single thing such as place to eat to or how to go to Bangkok! They also arrange a very kind hostel tuktuk driver. Also!, Please take care of the air-con and shower in Superior 3 bed room (4A) as the A/C did not work properly and the water smell rusty :) Will go back there for sure! Love it!

Hostel was average, food amazing, staff great, location great, wifi strong. Lacked lockers in room only downstairs big downfall n the bathroom in dorm was tiny, impossible to move but not that much of a big deal. Beds themselves were great tho - huge n comfortable

'HI SIem Reap is a nice hostel, good location just a bit off the main track (still close) with great facilities for mingling. Super friendly staff, tuk tuk pickup service and transport around the temples, good food for cheap. Definitely rent a bike and explore! The bus prices are slightly more than if you book through a company, and Siem Reap is very walkable- shop around for later transit'

compact dorms. No lockers in dorm. Aircon didn't 'con' the room, boiling hot = biten all night by mosquitos. Not enough power points in dorms (adding to bad security). Party guys in dorm were rediculously loud all night (we had bad luck in this hostel) Standard wet compact bathroom for Cambodia. Staff and location pretty good though, you get what you pay for if you want to compromise on security/good night sleep.

Great location, right across from the markets but without all the noise of pub street. The staff was very helpful in arranging our 3 days at Angkor Wat, bus tickets, and a local food tasting tour (HIGHLY recommended). We rocemmend trying to get George as your tuk tuk driver if you can!

We only stayed one night so it's hard to really comment on the character/atmosphere but it is very close to Pub Street and the main tourist area of town so that was convenient. We had a private room with our out bathroom and it was quite nice!

Really close to the market and pub street. Nice staff, and amazing couple, she at the desk and he as a tuk-tuk driver; kind and helpfull! Dorms have aircon all night long and private bathroom. Visit golden banana, 10m far away, and enjoy their refreshing pool!:)) Hope you enjoy it!

Nice hostel, good location, friendly staff... just a notice concerning security of the place. While here, and during a general electrical shut down, some people from other hotel have been allowed to come into my room and to take a shower. Not that I disagree, but it severally ruins the security of the place, reporting lost of valuable in that time.

A really great place to stay. The most friendly and helpful staff we've come across. A communal area that's comfortable and relaxing. Good food, clean rooms and great location which is far enough from everything to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient. We used one of the tuk tuk drivers for our 2 days round ankor and were very please with the price and the service. A pool would've been nice as a hot tub is not what you want in 37 degree heat but not enough to put you off.

We ended up extending our stay in SIem Reap because this hostel was so comfortable. We organized a tuk-tuk through the hostel each morning and ended up paying a lot less than if we had tried to bargain on the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hostel to everyone.
