Nice hostel, good location, friendly staff... just a notice concerning security of the place. While here, and during a general electrical shut down, some people from other hotel have been allowed to come into my room and to take a shower. Not that I disagree, but it severally ruins the security of the place, reporting lost of valuable in that time.

A really great place to stay. The most friendly and helpful staff we've come across. A communal area that's comfortable and relaxing. Good food, clean rooms and great location which is far enough from everything to be quiet, but close enough to be convenient. We used one of the tuk tuk drivers for our 2 days round ankor and were very please with the price and the service. A pool would've been nice as a hot tub is not what you want in 37 degree heat but not enough to put you off.

We ended up extending our stay in SIem Reap because this hostel was so comfortable. We organized a tuk-tuk through the hostel each morning and ended up paying a lot less than if we had tried to bargain on the street. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hostel to everyone.

Have travelled through Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos and Thailand and this is easily the best hostel I have stayed in. It is cheap, the staff are AMAZING and they are willing to do anything for you! I had a private room with my partner and it was amazing! Stay here if you're in siem reap!

Very nice hostel! Good value for money, nice location, great and helpful stuff! Everything was very easy even I travelled by myself. I got tuk-tuk pick up from airport to the hostel and they helped me to arrange my visits in Angkor Wat Temples. :)

the first day i got there with mom, she was so upset because of a bed room. there's no tub. well it's ok. but the shower booth was so old, not that good condition. even smelled soil Thus, we thought to move to other hotel next day, we didn't though... coz it's really close to old town. the location could not be better. just stay if you are not gonna spend a lot of time at hotel. just sleep. additionally, all staff members were kind and welcomed except a manager. he was unkind.

it's a YHA hostel, and could give you discount if you are YHA member. They rent a locker for me for free. Avery one is nice there!

Other than no power during the day for 2 days (city problem, not hostel), this a most excellent hostel on every count. Only complaint would be the mostly generic music. So much great music out there! Time to get a little more current.

The best hostel I've stayed at in SE Asia. At arrival, we were greeted by the magnanimous and ardent hotel manager, Mr John Tek. Unparalleled in his efforts to accommodate to our needs, Mr Tek epitomised all that is to love about Hostel International Siem Reap. Hostel, or should I say, short-stay home, is superbly located around the corner of old pub road with a vast array of services (ie laundry, pharmacy, massage etc) within stone's throw. In addition, the major market is d

Only negative is small bathrooms. The food tour with the hostel was fantastic and took the group off the beaten track where we tried some local cuisines. On New Year's Eve the hostel had a small party and provided food and beers. A great night!! Overall a lovely hostel to stay in.
