the first day i got there with mom, she was so upset because of a bed room. there's no tub. well it's ok. but the shower booth was so old, not that good condition. even smelled soil Thus, we thought to move to other hotel next day, we didn't though... coz it's really close to old town. the location could not be better. just stay if you are not gonna spend a lot of time at hotel. just sleep. additionally, all staff members were kind and welcomed except a manager. he was unkind.

Very nice hostel! Good value for money, nice location, great and helpful stuff! Everything was very easy even I travelled by myself. I got tuk-tuk pick up from airport to the hostel and they helped me to arrange my visits in Angkor Wat Temples. :)

it's a YHA hostel, and could give you discount if you are YHA member. They rent a locker for me for free. Avery one is nice there!

Excellent survice

The atmosphere here was a highlight. The staff were extremely helpful and the location and facilities were great value for money.

Good hostel located about 5 min from Pub street, relaxed atmosphere with pool table.

Great location, helpful staff, clean rooms. Made the stay in Siem Reap great. Also, our tuk tuk driver was awesome.

Other than no power during the day for 2 days (city problem, not hostel), this a most excellent hostel on every count. Only complaint would be the mostly generic music. So much great music out there! Time to get a little more current.

Good hostel

Very friendly stuff. SRY is the professilnal Best tuk tuk driver!!! Not only he knows the best place to take pictures for sightseeing, he knows Cambodian history well and can take you everywhere if you request. He was our driver for two days. Thank you, SRY.

The best hostel I've stayed at in SE Asia. At arrival, we were greeted by the magnanimous and ardent hotel manager, Mr John Tek. Unparalleled in his efforts to accommodate to our needs, Mr Tek epitomised all that is to love about Hostel International Siem Reap. Only negative is small bathrooms. The food tour with the hostel was fantastic and took the group off the beaten track where we tried some local cuisines. On New Year's Eve the hostel had a small party and provided food and beers. A great night!! Overall a lovely hostel to stay in.

Great hostel with nice atmosphere and helpful staff, Easy to meet interesting travelers in general.

The staff are fantastic, especially the tuk-tuk driver I had for 3 days, Tom. The food served at the hostel was delicious. I don't think I ate out one night! The only thing I would say could be improved was the shower as it was much to high and lacked power. Also, the TV reception was quite poor which was a little frustrating in the evenings I didn't feel like going out. But overall, I was extremely happy with my stay.

Cute hostel - staff helpful and rooms clean. Gets pretty hot though - we had a fan room but I would recommend paying a bit more for AC. God location as not far from main streets.

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was one of the best hostels I have stayed at in a while. The staff was always smiling and willing to bend over backwards to help and make sure you had everything you needed. They picked me up from the airport for free and my tuk tuk driver George was always smiling! They helped with restaurant suggestions and I liked that they had an itinerary of different things you could do. My room was nice and the hostel is literally right across from the night market.
