Absolutely perfect! The assistance from the staff upon arrival was everything you could possibly want, and it couldn't be better located. Also the private double we rented was essentially it's own entirely self contained apartment! thank you Happy Neko for a lovely stay!

Our stay here was very nice. It is located in a great part of Beppu near many onsen. We stayed in one of their apartments which had a microwave, fridge, hot water with tea, and a washing machine for clothes. Staff also picked us up at the train station and dropped us off at the ferry terminal. Would definitely stay here again.
