The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The location was the absolute best thing about the place! I wouldn't want to stay there when full since there were only 3 working showers on the floor. Take the time to do the trip up to Griffith Observatory - it is very hard to find a tour there, and the one through the hostel is great!The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Top location smack bang in the middle of hollywood blvd opposite kodak/chinese theatre. Great place to stay for first time travellors to la wanting to see star homes, walk of fame and celebrities. i saw a eva longoria, jamie fox etc in a couple of days. There is lots going on in the area. the hostel is gd but basic. tv area and coaches overlook the walk of fame. down fall is kitchen and breakfast, only microwave and fridges to use. bit quite but staff really friendly, nice korean lady! go see :)Top location smack bang in the middle of hollywood blvd opposite kodak/chinese theatre. Good location for backpackers and any travellers. Very low price compare to other hostel around hollywood. Hostel location is more than perfect. Little noisy coming through window... It is right middle of the hollywood entertainment area so it can not help. Regular price is 32 dollars but I paid only 22 dollars because they are doing renovation .. painting.. carpeting... changing beds....
