They should provide free breakfast and have a proper kitchen for cooking.

It was definitely the worst hostel I have ever seen! Never had such an unfriendly staff before who doesn`t care at all about what`s going on in this hostel and if the visitors feel good or not. That`s not the sense of a youth hostel. in my opinion! If you don`t like your work, just change to another sector, but not one which has to do with people!!

Being in the heart of Hollywood makes it easy to walk around and sightsee.

The manly problem with the hostel is the poor cleaning, specially in the bathroom. Some of the staff were very bad temper and were not able to help us at some questions we nedded. But the location is excelent, in fact, I think that's the best quality of the hostel.

when I want to stay there one day more they charge much more than I booked online...

So disappointed, in the bathrooms there were dirty all the time and no real kitchen... If you are looking for a good location, its a bed, but other than that no good...

The girl's bathroom was really messy. It was not clean at all. Also there were no good lockers in the rooms.

Excellent ubication , very dirty bathroom , the rooms are dirty too , we saw cockraches in the bathrooms , the staff is unfriendly ,the wifi is really slow and sometimes we didn't have access to the internet! . They organize a party tuesday and saturdays the parties are good free beer and snacks .

You defently get what you pay for even if I think I overpaid for such a dirty hostel. My roommates (mostly Asian) were very disrespectful... The light was on until early in the morning and one night one of the girls talked on Skype at 2 am in the morning!!! The hostel is just dirty, I seriously preferred to use the bathroom at McDonald's than the dirty hostel bathroom!!! I will never stay there again!!! The only good thing is the excellent location right in the middle of Hollywood bvld...

worst hostel, need an extreme renovation

It is not clean and the internet is very very very slow. It is the worst in the world and I will never go back again NEVER

I read some really negative reviews before I booked this place so didn't know what to expect. Seriously though, it's a decent hostel in a great location, and it's great value for money. If you're looking to stay in a hostel with hostel facilities and don't need it to be too fancy, there is absolutely nothing wrong with this place, and you're in a great spot for a great price. What more are you looking for?

Your hostel enjoys a great location and nice employees working there. However,the bathrooms were almost always dirty, as there was hair everywhere. The towels and blankets provided were not really clean. The kitchen does not even have a stove to cook on and is not well equipped. There would be a great opportunity for you to offer free breakfast. It enhances the offer, creates value and is not really expensive. Bread and some jam doesn't cost the world and people appreciate it a lot!

Very accommodating, staff were awsome at pointing out things to do and organising events. Had a great time with prime location in hollywood. Would deffinately suggest to friends to stay at if in L.A.

Amazing location. Carpet on my room just plain disgusting, bring your slippers.

Perfect location right on Hollywood blvd, however the bathrooms left a lot to be desired! Not being able to flush toilet paper was unhygienic and made me very uneasy. Also the front door was unlocked whenever I came in/out of the hostel with there rarely being anyone on reception...anyone could've walked in

Staff were horrible! Won't stay here again purely based on their rudeness. Very awkward to shower too. Good wifi and good location.

Very noisy till 5 o'clock in the morning the 2 nights we stayed. Imposible to sleep so don't stay here if you need some rest. Staff was not friendly and bad in communication The water was cut down for 2 hours which was not announced in advance. The room was NOT clean, it looks like they did not vacuum the room for some weeks. They really don't care. The luggage storage is not secured. Everybody can go in and take your luggage if they want. They don't have a real kitchen. WORST HOSTEL EVER!
